Staff was slow, but friendly. I placed 2 separate orders on-line and all items were supposedly available at this store. Went to pick them up and and not all items were available there. Missing parts were ordered and were to be there the following day. 1 of the parts did arrive the following day but the 2nd part didnt. The 3rd part was to arrive by 10 am the 3rd day, and it did not arrive as well. ALL of the parts I needed were available by a non-NAPA dealer at a cheaper cost on-line. I will not use this dealership for any more parts purchases in the future.

Wes, the store manager is awesome . Im from New York and the sand and salts used during the winter did a number on my brake lines . Dodge decided to use different size lines and different size thread on almost all brake line fittings . Wes took the time to investigate and research tough to find parts and made my problems his problems and went above and beyond to help me to repair issues. Thank you Wes,Mark and all the staff . This Napa will be my go to auto parts store from now on.

I was given the wrong brake shoes for a Honda van. The front pads were right and I repalced them. The rears were actually for a Hyaundai. The vehicles back pads were good and the customer had a trip to make. I explained and she was ok with it. I returned the back pads and fluid I might have needed with a refund. I greatly appreciated the good service provided by the parts salesperson in helping me to solve the problem. It was a Sunday afternoon.

I used to go to Napa when I needed parts that I couldnt find anywhere else. This location has provided poor service and instead if offering to order parts they suggest to drive to other locations. They seemed more concerned with closing the store than customer service.

Remanufactured means junk. Bought starter after being assured it was OEM spec. It lasted two weeks. Broke down away from home. Found out they dont replace parts in rebuild. Expensive experience. Go elsewhere.
