First of all I went in there with a problem about my battery. I told him that all the other places I went to told me my battery was stripped (which means they tightened my bolt too tight and I would have to get a whole new bolt) I told him I had a 1 year warranty on my battery and only had it a couple months. So my truck will only start when I wiggle around the battery which makes since why its the cable being loose. He told me there was nothing wrong with my truck and just walked off! Horrible customer service. I understand its 100 degrees outside but this is YOUR job. Not mine. Needless to say I will not be going to auto zone anymore to get anything for my truck nor would I recommend you going there for your vehicle!!

I went in for a dash kit and was met with unfriendly service. I was told to "hold on" by the manager, who just stood there in front of me as he looked at two other gentlemen purchasing some items. I waiting for about 5 minutes, then left. I will not be going back. ORielys, next door, will be getting all my business.
