Ive used this specific 4 wheel parts three and every time is a nightmare. They cant seem to order the correct parts, from shocks to rims with incorrect lug patterns (then come back chewed up from them trying to mount). Most recent is still on going. I dropped off my truck last Friday to have new gears put in. It is now the following Thursday (mind you I was told this is a two day job at most) and after everyday hearing a different story by a different clerk I was told theyre still waiting on parts. There is no communication between the front desk clerks/shop guys/managers. If something isnt right you just get brushed off or told something completely different then the last guy. Not saying every 4 wheel parts place is bad, the other one in Houston is great, but the one off 1960.... Just save yourself the trouble and head anywhere else.

Went in was basically blow of because I own a Nissan 4X4 they push Jeep parts mainly. Was told my truck would be junk if I lifted it by the sales person. I took my 2010 Pro 4X to Moab Utah trial with a Calmini lift & skid plates, sliders, front bumber with inset winch had no problem from the truck sold with 450,000 miles still running. If they dont want to deal with anything but Jeeps I dont want to deal with them because my truck was $32,000 I want another 10 grand in it. Ill go through dealers myself. The rudeness of sales person & rude comments about Nissan put an end to me or my friends ever doing bussines with them. The sales people Are RUDE!

I have been shopping at four wheel parts online center, and several stores across the houston and surrounding area for many years now. I can honestly say that I have never received better or worse service from any parts dept or service center in my life. Absolutely no consistency between stores or even employees within the same location ONE day its great service and help and the next I had to turn around and look at the sign to make sure i had walked in to the right place. Guys at store #18 (techs and advisors) need to get on the ball, your dragging down the reputation of a much respected outfit.

Had purchased some items over the phone. Order did not come with shims. This place offered to order the seal I needed but said if I wanted shims I will either need to call the 800 number, this was minimally helpful she said I needed to talk to the store. Lol. Either way I said I would just purchase new shims but the guy would only sell me the 150 kit if I wanted the shims I ready paid for anyway. Nope no good. 4 Wheel Parts Plano and El Cajon is the only 4 Wheel Parts I think Ill ever deal with again.

***UPDATED*** as of 5/8/15 - Parts have arrived (but couldnt put them on yet as it was too late) However, the manager called me to apologize for this situation. He turned it into a learning experience for his staff by informing them this should not happen. Hopefully, everyone there will understand the big inconvenience that it imposed and they will be onboard to ensure another customer doesnt experience this. Again, thank you for stepping up to the plate.

Ordered parts at their store. Was charged freight for parts not on hand. Saw the same parts on the website with free shipping. Asked about it and said they have to mark up their prices because most of their items are already discounted a lot.

I recently bought some ATV tires for my 84 TRX 200, the pricing was good but the delivery was sub-par, would of really liked to have gotten some better tracking information.

Overprice on items and service. They will refuse to install anything not bought from them. The staff is knowledgeable on products and willing to help you if needed.
