I am writing to complain about an experience I had today in the Schertz, TX drive-thru. When I got up to the intercom, I ordered an egg-white egg bite, and the lady on the intercom replied curtly, "We are out of egg bites." My assumption was the store was out of the egg white ones, so I said, "lets do the bacon egg bites." Her response was a very rude, "We . Are. Out. Of. EGG. BITES!" She enunciated each syllable and had repeated her exact phrase from before (no different words, just slower as if I was stupid), therefore, my interpretation was that she was trying to tell me that she had explained everything in 6 words, that I was stupid, and that I wasnt listening to her. Her tactic at communication was very short, rude, her tone was condescending. Her communication is inefficient obviously since I did not know what she meant, and her compassion and empathy are non-existent since she chose to ridicule me with talking slowly, yet offering no different explanation. A good employee would say, "I am sorry, we are completely out of all egg bites today." And if I hadnt understood her, and asked for the bacon ones, then a polite person would say calmly, "unfortunately, we are out of those as well, " as opposed to talk down to me as if I was inferior and stupid, which she did. Unfortunately, this woman has no place in customer service or interacting with people. Her hatred and misery for her life and her job expand so much that she wishes to spread it upon others. She makes others miserable and can ruin their day. Small interactions and tone of voice can mean a lot for people. This woman was the very over-weight older female with bright red/auburn hair. Unfortunately, there is no other way to describe her.

This location closes at 10:00pm, however the blond manager decided to dim the lights and turn of the music between 9:50-9:53pm. We walked out with a group of people and we joked about how the party has come to an end. Including the couple who had just got their drinks sat down to stand back up. I have been to several locations and this is the first time we have been practically kicked out a when the store is not even closed. I guess when you are the only starbucks in such a small community you can be rude! Mcdonalds on 3009, Shipleys and the starbucks at the forum is who will get my business from now on! Never again!

First thing in the morning its quiet, chilly to keep you awake address the coffee smell is great. Great service from everyone. Free travel plastic cup for the first 25 customers on the Saturday morning I was here (about 5:20 a.m. I was customer 3...I was a little chilled, you might need a jacket if youre going to stay awhile and enjoy the relaxing jazz style music. I got a free "practice" (or barista experiment) drink for my shivering. Overall, 10/10. I would come back to study and drink caffeinated beverages here again.

I just can here and the girl at the window couldnt have looked more bothered. Not to mention my drink was made wrong, I kindly let her know to which I get a look. She scrapes off the whip cream dumps it back in the blender adding the coffee part to it. Hands it back to me. Is that really how you make a drink that was made incorrectly? I paid $12 for 2 drinks and one of the tastes terrible... normally Starbucks has way better service..

All was relatively pleasant, drive thru was pretty quick. However, received my order which included two lattes and one of them was only half full. I dont make a habit of taking the lids off and checking the contents when receiving my orders so I didnt see this until I arrived home. I dont frequent Starbucks often but this transaction left me very disappointed. I expect more from a place which specializes in making coffee!

Love this Starbucks, but the location and lack of service can be annoying. Ive never had an issue coming here, aside from the lines both inside and in the drive-through. You can spend as long as 30 minutes alone just waiting to order. It never takes long for the drinks to be made, but be prepared to be waiting more than anything else. But aside from that, great drinks, great food, and I always come here happy.

The baristas at this location are the best. Over the past several years I have come to this location several times per week with my wife in a wheelchair with Parkinsons and dementia. They always treated us with love and respect. They went out of their way to serve us and care for us. After Suzie passed away they have continued to love and respect me beyond my expectations.

The trip to this Starbucks was going well enough, until we decided to order from the drive-thru. The woman that took our order was rude from the get go, and after repeating our order a few times she finally put it down right. Then they still got our order wrong when we received it. Too bad we didnt have time to wait due to the long line, will not be going back here again.

the service at this location is bad every time I ask for a coffee either they dont have it or they make it wrong. I just called to see if they had a caramel Brule late and straight out told me we dont and we will not make it anymore .How are you not going to make it anymore when there is 2 days till the 25th. Very unhappy with this location do not recommend to anyone

I havent had any issues with service in general at this location, but during busy times, the lack of sufficient parking can make service slower than it otherwise would be. The drive-thru becomes the only option, and the line frequently backs up a ways into the street. During slower times, no problem, but when its busy, be prepared to allow a little extra time.

One time I was laying in bed and was thinking about the coffee that I was going to have for the day. Then suddenly Starbucks made this magical app where you can order your coffee from your bed! While unfortunately they dont deliver the coffee to my bed it was nice and toasty waiting for me when I arrived that the store. Thats what I call living the good life.

Before coming to this Starbucks, I HATED Starbucks. My coffee always tasted burned, even my green tea tasted like burnt coffee. This Starbucks is the only one I actually get coffee from, no other. Customer service has always been outstanding and friendly, service in itself is always fast, and I have yet to taste any burnt drinks!

Great Starbucks location! Nice staff, pleasant ambience, and great music playlist. They have soft soft seats and a great outdoor seating area. Its your regular Starbucks experience with a few bonus points for staff and atmosphere. Its also not a very frequented location so it doesnt get too crowded. Highly recommended!

Service is lacking at this location. The lines are long and they are super slow and then they complain to the other customers about upset customers. Maybe if the baristas had a better attitude and would apologize for the delay and long wait their customers would not be upset. The staff needs retraining.
