I went to this location once, and I wont be returning. I pulled up to the drive through behind a black Ford Escape and waited, very patiently for between 5-7 minutes while the man inside placed his order. A very helpful employee came out and informed me that this customer had placed a 20 drink order, and that there would be a delay. Ive worked in food service before, so I understand that you cannot control customer behavior. I decided that I would simply leave and go elsewhere for the time, so once the Ford pulled around I followed without placing an order. But, with the layout of the drive through, I couldnt leave! Im not leaving a 1 star review because someone ordered 20 drinks. Im leaving a 1 star review because such an order was allowed to be placed through the drive through in the first place. Im leaving a 1 star review because the reprobate in the Ford was never asked to pull around front (I watched him retrieve his entire order), and I subsequently had to wait for him to leave before I could even take my business elsewhere. Under no circumstances is this accommodation for your other customers, Starbucks.

Im a former Starbucks employee, I worked there for four years in Southern California. I have had some of the best Service and experience at this location. The lobby size is wonderful not too cramped and I can always find a seat. My drink is almost always perfect! And keep in mind I know how the drinks are made and how they should taste farrrrrr too well! This crew is so great. They even shake my iced tea which makes such a difference, especially since I used Splenda instead of syrup! Its all the little things they put into my visit that truly brighten my day. I go there on lunch almost daily I sip my coffee and read my book and relax and that truly helps me get through my day. Everyone is so friendly they make me feel at home. Not to mention they are HONEST! I left my wallet on a table outside and a barista doing a lobby spin found it and turned it in. Not even a dollar was missing and they had it locked up safe. Thank you Starbucks crew youre all so wonderful. You always brighten my day!

I order two drinks this evening around 6:30 p.m. and they were half full when I received them. I did not notice it until I got to work, and I didnt have time to take them back to get them corrected due to time constraints. Ive been going to this place for awhile at least 4 times a week since moving to this area over 2 months ago and this is the first time that Ive ever had this happen. It was disappointing because I paid full price for half a beverage a Venti filled to about the size of a Grande and a Grande filled to about the size of a tall. Lets take our time folks I know theres a rush during the holiday season but dont circumvent quality for quantity. Youll lose business that way.

They do have some growing pains, but seem to be nice about trying to fix things they get wrong. I probably try em weekly since opening and they mess up every 3 weeks or so. Not the best track record, but they are quick to fix after letting them know the mess up. The bad thing is it isnt small things, they gave me a hot tea once instead of an americano, regular coffee instead of a mocha, a food bag when i only ordered a iced coffee, etc. Hopefully, they will learn as this is the most convenient from our place. Out of all the 3 locations in the area, I would rank them Schertz, Forum, Live Oak.

I have been going to this location since it opened. And today was my last time. I ordered my normal. But as I did today they didnt bother to inform me until after I gave them my money they decided to inform me they where out of caramel drizzle and when they finished making it they added whip cream which I had asked not to have on it. They poured some of it out and scrapped the rest off. Put a lid on it and acted as if nothing had happened. I will not go somewhere I am not informed of ahead of time they dont have key ingredients to make. Especially when I am spending $11.37 every day.

Terrible experience, no stars for this location if I could. Spoke to someone over the phone only to be cut off and told to use the app, when I explained my phone was dead so I was calling from my non smart phone from work, still would not be helped and then "supervisor" Connor takes over the phone abruptly and disrespectfully, the lack of customer service was very surprising. We are within the same shopping center and my order was larger than regular as it was for my employees, definitely not giving them our business again.. And not sending anyone their way m either...

One star because I have to give one. This is the worst Starbucks in the area. It takes 10-15 minutes on a normal day to get a drink at the drive thru. Longer if you go inside. Today on Black Friday it was a 27 minute drive thru wait. Ridiculous. I wont be going here again. Ill go out if my way to the Forum or in Converse for coffee. Staff up or lose business. Get it together Starbucks. Disappointed coffee lover.

Ive given this new location plenty of chances but they are consistently out of products. They dont have the right ingredients for new beverages (even going as far as telling me a new drink has been discontinued once) and have given me stale and dried out food on multiple occasions. Its best to drive a little further to The Forum or I-35 because this location just cant seem to get it together.

Went inside for two simple coffees. Waited over 20minutes. Meanwhile 15 cars went through the drive thru. Had to tell the cashier twice we were still waiting on our drinks. Also, I was not given a receipt. The cashier just walked away from the register after he handed my card back. I understand they were busy....but Ive been in busy locations before. It doesnt take that long.

This was the first time I had ever been to Starbucks, I wanted to see what was such the hype about this company. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a bacon and egg sandwich. I had gotten my mother a pretzel. I think it came out to 15 or 20 dollars? Ridiculous. Seating is strange too. Once I got my food I didnt taste anything extraordinary. Overrated and overpriced.

Starbucks has lost its luster and personality thanks to locations like this one! Even worse than the customer service was the fact that our barista passed a bag of GARBAGE over the drink counter to someone, which left wet streaks of dirt & grounds on it. Instead of cleaning it off, she just kept sliding drink orders through the leftover filth. Disgusting! We wont return.

Longest line ever. Ive never waited so long at a Starbucks. I will not be returning to this location, they missed half of my order even after repeating it. They then put in the other half of my order and had to swipe my card again. Very frustrating especially when youre on a schedule. So I just got my coffee and didnt get breakfast. Very disappointed
