Stone Creek makes you feel like family. It is a small but very beautiful jeweler. My fiancé bought THE ring from Stone Creek and told me that they were very helpful and kind in the engagement ring buying process. Since the ring has been on my finger, I have bought a few other pieces from Stone Creek and yes, the staff (and the store cat) make you feel right at home. Not only is their sales technique friendly; not an ounce of pressure at all, but their service is phenomenal. They happily clean and check my ring for me anytime that I am in the area. They also take care of any loose stones and help me to maintain my ring without trying to sell me anything else along the way. Their zero pressure family environment coupled with their commitment to keeping their jewelry beautiful, even after you own it have made me a life long customer of Stone Creek. I met the jewelers, a husband and wife with their son, and I couldnt be more impressed with my experience! My fiancé had my beautiful ring custom made by the family and it is such high quality and very unique. Their attention to detail and genuine care to make the ring and experience perfect is something you dont find in many other shops. I was also told that I can get complimentary cleanings to keep it sparkly new. I would highly recommend these jewelers to my friends and family because of their attention to quality and outstanding customer service!

Had my Tag buffed and replaced batteries in three watches. I really enjoyed meeting the owner who was there when I dropped off and picked up my watches. My Tag looks like new after 4 years of wear. Family owned and very friendly place to get work done on watches and jewelry. I will return.
