I AM A BOOST MOBILE RETAILER, I HAD BEEN DELIGHTED WITH THE BUSINESS I HAD WITH ROBERT AT POWERGRAFX UP UNTIL A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. I HIRED POWERGRAFX TO REMOVE AND INSTALL A ILUMINATED SIGN FOR MY BUSINESS. HE HAD PROVIDED ME WITH A QUOTE BY WORD OF MOUTH BUT INSISTED ON A WRITTEN ONE INSTEAD. JUST IN CAE A PROBLEM WERE TO ARISE. IT WAS A REASONABLE AMOUNT ON THE INVOICE WAS STATED ON HOW THE CHARGES WERE CAME UPON. ON THE REMOVAL DATE IT SEEMED AS IF SOMEONE HAD ALREADY STOLE THE SIGN THE REMOVAL TEAM LEFT WITH NO WAY OF COMPLETING THE JOB. I THEN MADE A POLICE REPORT ON THE STOLEN MERCHANDISE. I THEN WENT BACK TO ROBERT AT POWERGRAFX NOTIFYING HIM ON THE SITUATION AND THAT I WAS GOING TO NEED MY MONEY REIMBURSTED. AT THAT TIME IS WHEN HE SHOWED WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS MAN HE REALLY WAS. HE STATED THAT THE JOB WAS THROUGH A THIRD PARTY AND I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE UP THE REIMBURSTMENT WITH HIM. HOW IS IT IF I GIVE MY MONEY TO A CERTAIN BUSINESS FOR A JOB AND GIVEN A RECEIPT FROM THAT SAME BUSINESS WHY WOULD I NEED TO CONTACT A THIRD PARTY? IT SEEMS THAT THAT WOULD BE HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO RECOVER MY MONEY IF HE HAD HIRED SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF HIS BUSINESS. IF THAT WERE THE SITUATION WHY DID HE TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME A RECEIPT RATHER THAN DIRECT ME TO THE CORRECT BUSINESS THAT HANDLES THE TYPE OF JOB IM LOOKING FOR. IT HAS NOW BEEN TWO MONTHS AND NEITHER ONE OF THE TWO PARTIES WANTS TO REFUND MY MONEY. BOTH ARE STATING IT IS THE OTHERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REIMBURST ANY REFUND. NOW NEITHER EXCEPT MY CALL OR RETURN ONE FOR THAT MATTER. BEWARE WITH THIS GUY.

I would love for the owner to contact me. If the owner does I will change my rating. As it sits the doors are locked and no signs on them stating when they will be open for business. Voicemail was full till today. I am shocked I was able to leave a message. We have to get your attention somehow. I am writing this review as I am sitting in front of your business... I did not know you close the last week of each year. Thank you for explaining that to me. Now I know I can be better prepared next year. Communication make things a lot easier. In the past I have had a difficult time looking for the right place to print/cut my custom vinyl "Eurotic" decals. I had tried three other print shops before here, but either the prices were outrageous or the quality or cut of the finished product was poor. I decided to try PowerGrafx and have never turned back. They have very reasonable prices and the quality of their vinyl/precision of the cut is excellent. They also have a fairly fast turn around time. A couple of times my decals were ready next day. These guys really know what they are doing.

Ive been doing my decals with this company and I always was satisfied, but when I ordered 35 shirts they couldnt get my order right and three months later I am still missing 6 shirts that where supposed to be done 3weeks ago.. I am very disappointed with the customer service.. I will be taking my Buisness somewhere else.. They couldnt deliver but took the money fast, so sad.. LJ Towing

San Antonio citizens beware this place will rip you off and do a poor job. They act very unprofessional. And make promises they never intend to keep. They totally screwed up my order an excused it claiming "I rushed the order." When in fact they care more for big business vs. for small business. Save yourself the headache find a better more professional place!!!!!!!

#####HORRIBLE##### THIS PLACE TOOK MY MONEY.. NEVER EVEN DID MY ARTWORK AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET IT DONE OR GET MY MONEY BACK THAT SAID THE DONT KEEP RECORD OF CUSTOMERS... THEY STOLE 200 DOLLARS OF MY MONEY THAT I PREPAID AND NEVER GOT ANY PRODUCT
