HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Smh The lady hung up on me when I was trying to ask a few questions about buying flowers. Right before she hung up on me she claims she was too stressed and over booked. Her attitude was extremely horrible as well. Its best to not waste your time, people. Updated Reply to Susanna: ..and my point has been proven.. How dare you lie and say I said take tax and delivery out of the price when that comes with it. And I wasnt unhappy about anything. I only asked three questions maam. You just didnt want to be bothered. And how can you lie saying I wanted another picture when I told you the one I seen was perfect. Youre pitiful and if lying and giving yourself 5 stars make you feel better about how you treat your customers?.. then so be it. People know the Truth. and it turns out Im not the only one with complaints. You couldve easily said that you wouldnt possibly be able to make another order or delivery and the customers would be fine...NOT hang up in their Face because you didnt want to answer Simple questions. and heres a Tip for your business, Lying will get you nowhere, maam...case rested.

Amazing service. My granddad was in the hospital, and wanted to send a nice arrangement. Problem was that Im in Minnesota. Called Susanna and told her the story and what I could afford, she put together the bouquet right there while on the phone with me. She was so kind for helping out and working with my budget; she even sent a picture of the arrangement before it was sent out! Flowers arrived at my granddads room within an hour. Above and beyond on all accounts, thank you Susanna!

Susanna created a beautiful flower arrangement for a family members funeral. I live out of town and found her shop on Google, so I had to trust her judgement. Her floral pricing was very reasonable and she even sent me a photo of the finished arrangement. She went above and beyond what any other florist would do. I never have had a florist give such personal & outstanding service. I would definitely choose her shop again if I needed flowers in the SA area.
