Above and Beyond my expectations!! i called from out of town with a budget in mind and was very surprised how they made my dollars stretch yet still was able to send a beautiful arrangement for a wake. I have tried 1800 flowers, Pro Flowers and all those other order on line and each and everytime, i was disappointed and honestly embarrassed at what was sent on my behalf. I contacted Mary at Petal Palace in need of a quick arrangment. Not only did the flowers get delivered early than i expected, when Mary provided the picture i requested I was so surprised and pleased The flowers were a beautiful representitive of our care and concern for a grieving family, they did an incredible job and i was so impressed with what they did with what i had given them to work with. Other flowers were sent to the same wake and we saw the pictures of what was ordered on line at 1800 flowers and there was NO comparison, flowers were drooping, brown and literally crammed in a vase. Ours were all alive, detail was given to the arranging and were fresh. When you want to send flowers to the grieving, or for a birthday or any occasion that matters enough to send them, send the best, use Petal Palace. THEY ARE THE REASON i only by from some one i can talk to and someone in the area the flowers will be delivered to. Great Job and thank you Petal Palace, i look forward to calling upon you again and again.

I highly recommend Petal Palace. They have been putting flowers on a grave for us for 25 years now. The flowers last and the arrangements are beautiful. Claudia is the name of the lady I deal with and Ive been calling her from all over the world to place orders. She is a real sweetie and very professional. I recently saw a photo of a bouquet of flowers on the grave that had been taken after the flowers had been on the grave for a couple of months and the arrangement still looked great. They use bright colors that dont fade so they seem to last longer. Thanks Petal Palace! We appreciate your service.

We live in Houston and could not make it for a funeral in San Antonio. The customer service over the phone was amazing.I ordered a Peace lilly on the day before mothers day. I figured I would not be able to get through on the phone to them much less actually get good service. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and didnt rush me or act like she was too busy to answer my questions. I call 6 other florists in the immediate area and none even answered. I was very satisfied with the service.
