BLOOMSHOP IS AWESOME! I am sad to admit I havent posted a review before now! While on vacation I visited their location and I have to say their store is full of gorgeous arrangements both fresh and artificial. They handled a delivery for me while I was there and made me aware that they also handle any order needed within the US! They have handled six arrangements for me in NC, TX, and FL. I contacted Misha, the head florist September 25th for an arrangement to deliver next day in Austin, TX. It was for a very special friend of mine. He hadnt spoke to his 20 year old daughter in some time and had been contacting her for the past 6 months with no luck. Amanda managed to track down his daughter through an old phone number and got a current delivery address. Misha contacted the Austin florist to ensure they could get the flowers needed for the next day arrangement. The next day his daughter received the arrangement and contacted her father for the first time in a long time. THE POWER OF FLOWERS! Bloomshop will go the extra mile when it comes to customer service whether you need a local delivery or not. From start to finish Bloomshop will make sure the customer and the receiver are 100% satisfied whether it is their arrangement or not! They take the guess work out of randomly selecting a florist out of a phone book. I have to give kudos to Jade also, as she has helped me more than once before Amanda arrived. My friends in Texas tell me that Chris delivers flowers in a dress shirt and tie! Thats amazing to me and just further demonstrates their level of integrity! I have learned the owner is a retired 24 year US Airforce Veteran and know when I order I get to tell him thanks for his service in a small way! If you want QUALITY, excellent CUSTOMER service, and a one of kind florist designed arrangement call Bloomshop and speak to Misha, Jade, or Amanda! Sorry Bloomshop for not saying this sooner!!! Keep up your awesome work!!! This is one daddy and daughter story I will never forget!

The Best and Friendliest Place and Staff for any accession. I went from a Rush Delivery to changing my Order three times in two days. Then I changed the Delivery Location and time frame three times on the day of Delivery. Not once did they complain and accommodated the time frame. To Top it All off the bouquet of roses were much better than expected! I can guaranty This is My New and Only Flower shop I will ever use.

Wow! This staff and service at this shop is amazing! Truly saved me when a competitor shop didnt have time to deliver my mothers birthday bouquet and advised me of that at 4pm of delivery date! Misha the Manager went above and beyond, took my order over the phone and literally delivered my mothers stunning birthday bouquet within 30 minutes! I will stay loyal to this shop! Many many thanks!

Wonderful! I placed an order literally the day before Mothers Day (because Im forgetful :/ dont be like me!) and they were able to not only able to accept the order, but deliver it before a specified time. Totally awesome! I was shocked I was even able to order flowers so late, honestly, but their customer service was great and the flowers were super pretty. My mom loved them!

This shop all though small has a big future ahead of them. The staffs pleasantries are exceptional and genuinely accommodating to a customers needs and visions. Went here for roses for my 10th anniversary they ended up making me a lifelong customer. Ill never go anywhere else to shop for flowers
