Fantastic service. After explaining what I needed on the phone, the gentleman in charge worked with me to do the delivery next day (Sunday) to a central location for a relative. This gentleman wrote down her preferences, and the mixed arrangement was designed in our relatives favorite color palette. The shop could even design a corsage with a short notice. We had heard from friends that this shops mixed arrangements were fabulous, so we believed the arrangements would be great. However, we wondered how the corsage would turn out. Well, we didnt need to worry. Our relative was really happy with the flower arrangement ("the most beautiful shed seen) and corsage. The corsage had divine small roses, delicate and elegant. Made a special day even more beautiful. Thanks so much for taking such good care of your customers. You truly deserve all the great reviews.

I live in GA and wanted to send my mom (who lives in San Antonio) a beautiful yet not ridiculously overpriced arrangement. I googled and entered so many "local" sites and they all had the same minuscule arrangements for so much money + ridiculously high priced vase + outrageous shipping. So I knew I needed to find a true local florist and after reading other positive reviews and feeling a good vibe, I decided to call Helene and Ron. They are so customer friendly, they delivered at the time I asked them to and my mom immediately called me to tell me her arrangement was so gorgeous and that she was so happy. All this by just requesting a mixed colorful arrangement and trusting the experts. Thanks Helene for making my special mommy happy! Highly recommend them!

I was in a bind as the flowers I had purchased from one of the online flower delivery places was horrible and I needed something special for my grandmothers birthday. I used Helene since she was close to my grandmothers house and had such great reviews. Helene and her wonderful husband will be the only florists I use for flowers to my family in San Antonio from here on out. The arraignment was gorgeous and the entire ordering process so easy as they are both so sweet. They definitely made an impression on me and our large family that is still gushing over how beautiful the flowers were. They too will only be ordering from here from now on.

Helene is a terrific florist. Its a family owned business with exceptional customer service and product. Ive used three other florists in San Antonio and always felt like I was treated as just another consumer and I didnt feel like I was given advise about what I was trying to order. Also, Ive had a couple of disappointments when I saw what was delivered. On one occasion I apologized to the person to whom I sent the flowers. It was embarrassing. I called the florist and just got blown off. It seems like the big florists product gets more expensive and I get less than what I see in their pictures. I highly recommend this florist.

First time customer, and now Ill be a lifetime customer. The flowers I had delivered to a friend for her birthday were absolutely beautiful and unique. I couldnt have hand picked a prettier arrangement. They delivered same day for me, and even took the time to explain all the flowers in the bouquet, as well as the best care for them to help them last as long as possible. The price was also very reasonable. Excellent florist.

Ordered a dozen roses arrangement for my wifes birthday (April) and it was very disappointing and expensive ($80). Plain vase, almost no fillers, and they didnt even have red roses. HEB does it much better and less expensive. I wanted to impress my wife with a delivery to the office and she did not like it at all!!! I will never use this place again!

If it wasnt for this flower shop my mom wouldnt have had flowers for her birthday this year. They went above ando beyond expectations. I called at 12:30 to order her flowers and they delivered her flowers to her job before 4pm. Wonderful Customer Service!!! I am a repeat customer and will be calling again. Gorgeous flowers!!!

Seriously 5 stars?..come on people..there are no flowers in the store..i went and wanted just plain everyday roses..they had none...all they had was nicknacks and junk..
