I contacted Riverwalk Floral Design "cold turkey" because they were located so close to my wedding venue. In a addition to my bridal bouquet I ordered only a limited amount of flowers due to my strict budget. Despite the budget, and being a stranger from out of town, I felt like I was treated like family. I sent a photo of my dream bouquet to Kevin and he went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted (even better, actually). He also did a beautiful job with the boutineers and my daughters flower girl baskets. Everything was lovelier than anticipated. And although I had to make arrangements via phone and email, I felt very comfortable throughout the process that all was being taken care of. That peace of mind was priceless. Professional, compassionate, kind and very talented. And very reasonably priced as well. I would recommend this florist to anyone!

after a disastrous experience with Teleflora, which finally ended with them saying they could not have the flowers delivered by the time I needed, I called Riverwalk Floral and spoke with Kevin. Teleflora had just told me they didnt have anyone that could deliver today, but calling Riverwalk, Kevin said he would make it happen and take care of it personally. He made an arrangement in my budget and got it delivered. After youve gotten frustrated with an online form/internet order experience for something as personal as flower delivery, call a local shop like Riverwalk Floral and speak to someone who cares about you. Rick was so sweet and described everything over the phone perfectly for what I was wanting. Told him I would try not to cry over the phone as I just moved to Anchorage, ALASKA and cant be there with my Daddy in the hospital. My mom said the person who delivered his bear and balloon was very sweet and even read the card for him. Made me cry. It was just the perfect gift from his grandbabies to send some well wishes and hugs, because we cannot be there. Thank yall so much. I appreciate it.

I was in San Antonio for a convention and ordered flowers for my room and my friends room. I asked for a summery arrangement that would last all week.
