I called and spoke with David earlier this week and was very attentive listening to my needs. I gave him a direction and a price-point that I know would send across the message that I wanted to convey along with specific delivery instructions. David and the team executed my requests flawlessly on time and meeting my criteria. I had directed David that I wanted something so big and amazing that my wife would be the envy of everyone at work. The arrangement was perfect, it was so big that she could barely move it around. We will need to make a special trip just to pick them up! I think they were highly successful. I just sent another smaller arrangement to my wife this morning and David was my first choice. Thanks Spring Garden!

I had a nightmare situation with one of those on-line flower delivery service... I had ordered on a Sunday to be delivered next day (even paid extra for that). Flowers were never delivered ALL week, even after calling twice a day all week. Friday morning, I picked up the phone and called Spring Garden...the flowers were delivered to my girlfriends office by 11:30am. Super awesome!! I will never use the online flower shops ever again....Spring Garden will be my go-to for now on. Thanks for the awesome customer service & super fast delivery.

You will not be disappointed with Spring Garden Flower Shop. I live in Tampa and my girlfriend currently lives in San Antonio. You always have that hesitation about placing orders over the phone for flowers because the fear of are yu really getting what you ordered but the person I spoke with was very helpful and the arrangement I ordered look fantastic and they look even better a week later. I will be sure to order any flowers I need from them!!

How in the world are these people still in business?? Order flowers around 1 PM on Sunday. Paid extra $$ for express delivery + what they are already charging me for their service.. Anyway,,,, I have no idea if flowers were delivered yet. Its ow 638 PM, over 5 hours... I should have used 800flowers as in the past Its my first and last mistake with them for sure. Dont use this people if u value your dollar and time.

Ive been using Spring Garden Flower Shop for my floral needs for over 1 year. They provide prompt service, reasonable pricing, and the quality of the flowers is excellent. I enjoy working with them and their website ordering makes it easy when I cant remember to call during operating hours. I very much appreciate the photograph of the floral display and email when the flowers are delivered. Theyre great!

The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. I called at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon to order flowers for a funeral viewing at 4pm. A few minutes after placing the order, I received an emailed receipt for my purchase. I had called 2 other florists before finding Spring Garden; neither could (or would) fill my order since it was Saturday afternoon.

The arrangement was perfect! The card they choose to attach was a great match to the flowers. The website was easy to order through, they had a question and were very polite when they contacted me. The recipient of the flowers couldnt have been more pleased. They even sent me a picture of the flowers. Would defiantly recommend and will use them again in the future

Exceptional service. User friendly web services. I chose to order flowers for delivery in the spirit of V day for my significant-other. Being that Im 300 miles away, Ive never ordered flowers for delivery, I was very skeptical. You will not be disappointed when choosing this florist/flower shop. This flower shop doesnt look much on the outside, but it is awesome on the inside! The quality of flowers, arrangement, and showmanship are unparalled...especially for the price. I am merely a visitor to San Antonio, but after reading the reviews, I decided on this store. It is top notch.

I have used Spring Garden Flowers before and they are always helpful, easy to work with, and produce beautiful flowers. The latest was for my wifes birthday, delivered to her work about 3 hours after I ordered them. I had email confirmation of the delivery; all went according to plan. The flowers were much appreciated by my wife and her coworkers!

So easy to call and place an order. I live in Chicago and my mom is in San Antionio. I can call, describe what I want, give the florist creative leeway to create something with my broad parameters, and receive a stunning arrangement for my mother. Whats also nice is to be able to say I want to spend $xx.xx and they cater to that need!
