Ok people.... There are a TON of Tattoo spots in San Antonio!! And I do mean a Ton!! Me and Wifey wanted to get matching tatts... We checked out a few shops and even had a few artists give us a consultation! But still after three separate consultations with three separate shops ... We still didnt feel comfortable with any of the artist! They all seemed cold... Or like they really didnt care about the tattoos that we were getting on our body for the rest of OUR LIFES! Like WTF!! Really?? So we didnt get anything done from any of them... Decided to keep look for an artist that actually gave a damn!! Just so happens... We were getting something to eat from Carls Jr. And noticed the new tattoo shop across the street. Wifey said.. Lets just go look at theyre work/portfolio books. Since we really wanted to get somethin done that day... But the day got Fed off.. Messin with those other lame ass shops.. I was already pissed off, but for the wife, I said okay. As soon as we walked into the shop... Augie welcomed us into the shop... And actually SMILED!! Imagine that!! They were friendly.. and even though they were working with clients at the time... He made us feel welcomed!! Another artist Sylo came into the shop, about 15 minutes later... And he also gave us the same cool vibe! And even though it was late when we 1st came into the shop.... Sylo started working with us on the spot!! From pics we had... Some stuff online... Crazy thoughts and concepts... He even took pics of us.. And in less then an hour .. They put together EXACTLY what we wanted! Augie took care of my tatt, and Sylo took care of my wifes tatt! Super clean... Fast... Talented... Cool.. Down to earth...and they give a damn!! Ill NEVER go to ANY other shop!!!

I have had 3 small tattoos done in the past. Mediocre work to be honest. It really took me a long time to find someone that I could trust to do a meaningful large leg piece on me. I must say that I am so happy that I chose MIKE. Only trust the best with your skin& he is it. Im super picky so it took me forever to find a picture to go along with the sister quote that my sister& I share. She had already got hers 2years before me & I was so picky i had her waiting forever before I got mine. He made it a simple process & actually went above& beyond with the shading & font. I get compliments everytime my calf is showing. Definitely recommend him to friends & family & especially 1st timers. He will keep you coming back for more. I cant wait to get another one. Great for men & Woman. My husband is the one who would get all of his work done there 1st & now Im planning my next work of art...because that is what it is :) GO BIG OR GO HOME

Ask for ANIMATE you wont regret it!! Follow him on IG add him on Face Book!! I went to him for a cover up of a cover up, although I thought no one could help me. ANIMATE fixed me up. I have since then followed him wherever he goes. Hes worked on both my arms and my back. Both color and black/white. Shading is amazing, light hand, beautiful art work and quality. You will be impressed and so will others as they admire your tattoos. No need to worry everything is sterile and needles opened right in front of you. Hes very accommodating and will tell you what is best, go with what he says you will NOT leave dissatisfied with anything. Make him your go to artist for all your next tattoos. I cant stress enough that you need to ask for ANIMATE if you want the BEST art work and quality! Check him out!!!

If your looking to fix a tattoo or looking for New actual realism work this is the place to go, Mike chagolla is really the BEST, Honestly the only tattoo artist I trust, hes coverups are amazing the one he did on me was great he covered a rose wt a portrait no one can tell it was even a coverup, EVERY tattoo ive got by him is dope compliments go on and on about his work on me. I always get compliments on every piece of work hes done, his portraits are awesome they actually look exact as the pictures I took him this mans (Realism) work is sick, I love love love, Firme copias is the Place to go to for Real tattoo artwork get at Mike C, I promise you will NOT be disappointed! - Gemini

After brainstorming with Mike and him taking the time to listen and then create a stencil exactly what my husband was looking for. I took my Husband to Firme Copias on his 42nd Birthday to get his 1st Tattoo ... Mike and his Crew are amazing artist as well as Great at making their customers comfortable and welcomed us. At the time my husband surprised me letting me know Id be getting my 6th tattoo by Mike right after his tattoo was completed!!! Again another amazing Job!!! We both walked out of there Absolutely Happy with our Tattoos!!! Would definitely RECOMMEND Firme Copias .... We went to the Location off of 410/Marbach Cruz Family

FIRME COPIAS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET A TATTOO AT. THEY HAVE MORE THEN ONE GREAT TATTOO ARTIST.BUT I ALWAYS GO TO ANIMATE. HE DOES AN AMAZING JOB. I KNOW EVERY TIME I GET A TATTOO ITS GONNA BE GREAT. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone in San Antonio looking for a tattoo. I walked in and got a whole custom shoulder piece done by Daniel and it turned out phenomenal. Ive went back several times to actually complete my sleeve and each and every time it was a great experience. The whole staff is friendly and they all do amazing work, plus youll get a good laugh 100% of the time. Everywhere I go random people will stop and ask where I went and who my artist was. So once again if youre looking for a tattoo that is going to turn heads this is definitely the place to go. Ill be back for sure in the near future!
