I was just there yesterday getting my nose pierced and Id have to say that the experience was amazing! I called first to see if their piercer was there and when they said yes I built up the courage to go. When I got there the lady at the front desk asked how she could help me and I told her what I wanted to get done. She confirmed that I was 18, made a copy of my id, and had me sign the paper work then she asked Brandon (the piercer) to set up, told me to have a seat, and that he would be there in a minute. I was mostly talking to my friend that I brought with me but I did speak to Brandon as well and he was great, he made funny comments here and there and picked up that I was stretching my ears (even though theyre super small haha) which I always get excited about lol. The actual piercing experience was perfectly fine, he explained everything and when was very professional about it. I was kind of weary because hes young and I was worried about getting an experienced piercer, but he did an AMAZING job. It was swift and didnt even hurt, just felt like a bit of pressure. When I left the building the lady from the front desk asked about my experience and I told her what Im telling you now, It was great! Correction: Turns out the jewelry sat in the fistula badly. I wasnt sure what was wrong and was told that I had to buy new jewelry because it had to do with my swelling and they gave me a long stud. I later went to another piercer who told me that the piercing was done too steep and Id have to get it repierced. I took it out 4 days ago and went somewhere else to get it repierced. Waste of $35. The people there are super nice though.

I got my ears double pierced here almost two weeks ago. This is the third time I am attempting this piercing; the other two times it got infected. :) My piercing is looking good as far as no infection. This makes me feel confident about the sterility, etc. I have a good feeling that third time will be the charm for me. I am using Claires solution to clean my ears though rather than antibacterial soap. :( There needs to be a better method than eyeballing where the piercing should be and going "thats good." Now, I take part of the blame because he does check with you to make sure you like where the marker is before actually piercing. But I trusted him to be the "expert." That day I had hanging earrings in my first piercing. The other day I decided to put studs in and it is really obvious that the new piercings are uneven! One of my earrings appears noticeably closer to my first piercing than on the other ear. Not only that, but it is too close to my first piercing. The studs barely fit, and some of my slightly bigger earrings (NOT anything huge) dont fit AT ALL when trying to wear two earrings in each ear. If you ever want to do this, I definitely recommend going in with the biggest earrings you would want to wear while simultaneously wearing your second ones. That SHOULD mostly take care of the issue. Sucks I didnt think of it before I went in.

I read all of the great reviews about Stay True Tattoo and I was very hopeful about finally getting a tattoo that Ive wanted for a while. I went in and was told to email a picture of what I wanted - so I emailed it while I was there and had the front desk check to make sure it was sent, and it was. She told me they would email/get in contact with me when it was ready because I asked if it could be drawn up prior to the appointment. I sent a follow up email a week later and never heard back. Its been nearly two months and Ive not heard a word. I didnt feel it was something I should pursue because it was quite obvious to me by their behavior that they didnt want my business. Very disappointing.

Went in to get a small tattoo behind my ear. Immediately the girl behind the desk was very rude and made it seem like she didnt have any time for me and didnt want to help me at all. She finally got to doing my tattoo, but I wish I had just walked out at the beginning. She didnt know what she was doing, she had me move around at least ten times, couldnt figure out how to do it and when she did, she messed up majorly. This tattoo is very embarrassing and my friends are constantly telling me a drunk artist would have done better. I will NEVER set foot in there again and I will NEVER recommend it.

I went into Stay True tattoo and I have to say it was an overall great experience. Chris was my tattoo artist and he was awesome. It was my first tattoo and he talked to me beforehand and explained to me all of the steps Id have to take to take care of the tattoo afterwards, which was really kind of him. The tattoo itself came out better than I could ever have asked for, as well. All of the staff that I interacted with during my visit were kind to me and my family, as well. All in all, if I decide to get another tattoo, this is the studio I will be going back to.

I went to Stay True Tattoo for a septum piercing and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! All the staff I encountered were helpful and professional. Vanessa was my piercer, she was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and does a great job with explaining and making you feel confident and comfortable. What really got my attention was that they use a medical grade AUTOCLAVE!! They really know what they are doing there, highly recommend them for piercings.

This is in my opinion the best tattoo shop in Lubbock tx. The two times I have gone I told the artist what I wanted and it came out on paper. She nailed exactly what I had imagined in my head.I HIGHLY recommend if you need any work done go to stay true tattoo. If you cant draw what you need you have no worries they can help you. The whole staff is very helpful. The environment is amazing it makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The artists are amazing.

I recently just got piercings done by Cat and I absolutely love them! Cat is awesome very friendly, personable, full of info, and professional. She did a great job. The woman at the front desk was also a peach. Great atmosphere great vibes! I felt welcome and wanted right away! I recommend everyone come here! I was so pleased with my outcome that I brought my sister in to get her piercings done by Cat as well!! Couldnt be happier with my decision to go here!

I absolutely LOVE my tattoo. I recently had a tattoo fail from another shop and was very worried about getting another one. They were super nice there and VICTOR did an awesome job on me. Everytime I look at my tat I cry. HARLOW did my sisters and it looks AMAZING as well. I might have to drive 2 hours to get there but it was so worth it. The pricing was good, and the work was beyond amazing. :) Thank you all for making our experience so well.
