My friend and i went in here to see about getting a tattoo done. I had never had one done before and was nervous and uncomfortable. I had a pic of what I wanted and the guy behind the counter told me it wasnt possible (I wanted a ring tat). Though he was right, he was rude about the whole thing, treated me like I was an idiot, and didnt even try to help me alter my idea or anything. Overall, they were extremely unhelpful and rude. Plus, he wanted to charge me $100 for a simple ring. Go somewhere else besides this place! They HAVE built up a name for themselves here in LBB but, sounds like theyve let it go to their heads!

Ive been in several times and this is by far the best shop in Lubbock! Very clean and professional! Ive seen people complain and write poor reviews based on bad customer service, when I was in last night a person came in wanting a walk in tattoo, which they dont do walk ins on Saturday night because they are usually very busy. The person was very upset and became very rude, the staff handled it the best way possible. Im assuming its stuff like this is why people say the staff is rude... Every time Ive been in everyone is friendly and professional, and I recommend Lacy, she does awesome work!

Its the only place I will go in Lubbock to get a tattoo or piercing. The crew is an awesome group of people, who are happy to answer any questions. Everything is very clean and sterilized. Its moderately expensive but well worth it. My favorite aspect of this place is the profession, yet relaxing staff and atmosphere Ive gone to Ms. Lacey twice and plan on scheduling many more.

Incredibly skilled artists, clean shop, professional/fun/friendly staff... All around just an amazing place to get any work done! Jason did my tattoo and I couldnt be happier with it! It looks incredible! I will definitely be going back to him to get other work done! :D Ive had so many compliments on my back piece, and I recommend Inkfluence to anyone who asks about it ^-^

Ive gone to Inkfluence for my half sleeve and Im going back soon for another one. Every time I go they are all helpful and friendly, they really make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible. I say every artist there is amazing and has done awesome work.

Tattoo artists are phenomenal!! Easy to talk to, nice atmosphere, but the piercing "artist" was absolutely rude. He said I wasnt a good candidate for the piercing I wanted!!! Overall, Ill always go here for tattoos, but take your money elsewhere for piercings.

I was blown away by the work lacey does. A very very talented artist. Already decided to get another one. The shop is clean and very sterile, and the staff is top notch, very friendly and personable. I will recommend influence to everyone.
