Staff is rude and ignorant. I went in there to study. Being a grad student and all, I already have a ton of books on my own, as well as a laptop. I leave out of the café, and get ready to leave the store(along with several other ppl-might I add), and the alarm thing goes off. So this lady comes yelling at me obviously because of the hue of my skin "stop maam let me search your stuff." Im pissed because I am overloaded with books and now I have to deal with this. Wth? As if I really want to steal anything out of this funky store. She proceeds to take my laptop bag, sit it on the counter, and tells me to open it. I gave her the nastiest look and told her, "no, you open it since you so desperately believe you will find something." She barely unzipped the bad and pretended to look. What a waste of friggin time, effort, and energy. Nobody and especially me, wants to steal ANYTHING from this frumpy two bit, chump change petty Barnes& Noble. Fix your da** alarm system if anything! I will NOT be back, STARBUCKS is wayyy better!

If you want to find a fantastic story time for your children this is the place. Ms. Patty is the BEST! She is super animated and holds the attention of every child regardless of age or gender. What is even better is that she always has a great craft to do after every story. The crafts are always creative and you can tell she really puts a lot of time and effort into putting it together. My girls love coming. The children get a sticker after each time they attend. Once they collect 5 stickers they can trade them in for an age appropriate prize. The wonderful Ms. Patty makes it worth the drive from Potranco every Tuesday. Come by and check it out for yourself Tuesdays at 11 and Sundays at 1.

NOT AN OUTLET FRIENDLY SHARING PLACE..I thought barnes & nobles was about bringing your laptop and studying...welllll where the heck am i supposed to charge my laptop at? They said we can charge them in the cafe, but i went over there & there are NO PLUGS. like wth. so i went over to the 100 acre woods (the kids area) and they told me i couldnt even use the outlet by the stage...I JUST WANTED TO SIT AND CHARGE MY LAPTOP IN PEACE. BUT YEA.

I love this place. The employees are always extremely kind and helpful, adding to the serene and peaceful environment of the place. Barnes and Noble has been for quite some time a place I head over to when I want some peace and quiet. And they always have a lot of great reading material to purchase. I recommend this place to anyone who loves reading

Its a nice Barnes and Noble location. Smaller than the one in La Canterra, but a bit quieter too. When I last went they had a mini makers faire where they had hands on with robotics kits. It was a really cool experience. Definitely gives a good reason to go to your guild ol brick and mortar book store.

Always a great place to study at times when its not bustling. Good seating for a busy place, and the cafe area is kind of intimate. The book prices are that of a major bookseller, so you cant complain much that theyre higher than those of Half Price Books or Amazon. Great place overall.

Nice location, close to my house, they have amazing books for my grade level, just add more chairs because my sisters always steal the chairs! Just have chairs at least enough for six people and it will be epic

this is by far the best barnes and noble in the city it has everything movies books and music. it nice and quite well organized and has a great staff. the restrooms could use more cleaning though.

Nice and helpful people need a book and can not find it the staff will get it and hold it for you not just for 24 hours but a week or more tell you pick it up nice.
