My car broken down about 60 miles outside of San Antonio and needed a new throttle body. I called around and was told that they have the part. So I drive the hour in a friends car to pick up the part. When I get to the mechanic shop he tells me its the wrong part, its not even for the right model of car. I call them and tell them what happened and they refused to give me a refund because he said they have Have another one at the store that will work and I can come get it or give me store credit. I told him how far away I was and how its not feasible/reasonable to drive 2 hours round trip to fix their mistake, not to mention the mechanic closes in less than an hour. I dont even live in San Antonio so store credit does me no good. He refused to budge, so Im stuck with this part and had to get the part special ordered and stay the night in another city due to their mistake. Terrible service.

There was a miscommunication on the part with the salesman over the phone. After driving 5 hours to get there it was the wrong part. Then I spoke with the owner. Turns out the part was more expensive and at another location, however, he honored the cheaper price orgininally quoted on the phone, and I left town with the correct part, with fewer miles on it! I was very thankful he did what I felt was the right thing, without conflict. I wish he was closer to me on my area, Id buy all my parts from him! Its the next day, the transmissions installed, and it works perfectly. Thank you!

ALLIED AMERICAN COST ME ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY.Sold me a bad part refused to return it. Came up with every excuse why the part was good and I was wrong.the owner Tried to re-SCAM me by requiring that I send the car to his mechanic before I could get a refund but I would have to cover the diagnosis if his particle was good wich it wasnt lIke im gona trust his buddy to cover me. Ended up having to buy another part to finish the job.

I went in a couple days ago and was shocked at how clean and organized it was in there. Shane helped me find my parts and displayed Great service. He gave me a good deal and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I would recommend this place to anyone. Helet me know that if he doesnt have the part in stock he can order one or at least point me in the right direction.

Best auto parts place in the nation . Ive had so many experiences with them and every one of them is better than the other. Helpful and friendly staff . and owner is absolutely the most kind business owner Ive met . good prices , working parts and quick in and out of the door unlike other parts places where you sit and waste your day .

This guy shane is fu£€@n hole... no customer service skills what so ever... do not recommend it at all... do not go there.
