I remember it like it was yesterday! I got my first professional tattoo at Adrealine. My second technically, I now have alot. but it was done by YOU! Mrs.Anderson! And I still very happy and grateful for the time, effort and professionalism that you displayed that night. It was the summer of 1999. And I am still happy with the work that was done. You and the rest of the Adrenaline family, past present and future, are a class act! Keep up the good work! Oh! And for the disgruntled customer who couldnt follow simple directions and sit her butt still,like she was asked to do. Aint nobody there a racist!! Im black and have never experienced nothing but love and respect from the people of that prestigious shop! Just because you cant follow directions,doesnt give you the right to bad mouth someone for your lack of a pain threshold. Maybe next time you should take your business to your home boys, cousins nephew, who pierced, your home girls, play cousin, baby Daddy! Yeah I said it!! Stop being so petty!! Ive known some of the people who work, and have worked in that shop for over 20 years. Been to some of their homes. They have shown me nothing but love,and respect. Maybe you should try respecting yourself more and stop with this " Ima get this for free attitude! And work with the people trying to help your ass! Im sorry Adrenaline Staff! First of all, I have been to numerous tattoo parlors, both amazing and very disappointing. Adrenaline Tattoo has some of San Antonios premier tattoo artists. They might have a tough schedule, due to their overflowing appointments, but their work schedule speaks for itself. Not only are they artisically talented, but they are very knowledgeable about the aftercare as well. And its not like those parlors that you go to where they have ONE good artist and the rest are scrubs who have a pipe dream. This group of artists (collectively) are the best Ive seen under one roof. Another great thing about this shop is the communication that they have with their customers. For example, if an artist doesnt feel right doing a design that is requested, he or she will acknowledge the matter and recommend someone who can do it without a flinch. That is REAL customer service, and a prime example of unselfishness. If you are a tattoo artist, or like tattoos, you know what I am talking about. I believe in Adrenaline Tattoo, and will refuse to have any other artist(s) out of that shop mark me for life.

Tyler messed up my friends piercing and tbh it looked very painful, and she was very unprofessional. wouldnt recommend her or this place. TO respond to that ignorant comment about wanting a free piercing and getting caught and having her a copy of her Id is all of the reason why you have bad costumer service. We came in my friend field out the information they copied her Id as protocol for any business then we go to the back and the girl Tyler pierces her nosewith a smaller gauge needle then the jewelry after 3 attemps of her trying to shove the jewelry in her nose my friend gets up takes the jewelry out of her nose and waits in the lobby for twenty minutes to speak to the owner. Owner arrives my friend tells him what happens shows him the jewelry he dismisssed her my friend was upset went to the car made a bad review and we drove off 5 mins later Tyler calls saying that they have her on camera stealing and she needs to pay $20

this place was great I was highly recommended to take a look at this shop while I was looking around for places with what I felt who could do the custom work I wanted. I was very picky bc a tattoo is for life so when I went in an talked to Sonia on a mixture of Ideas I had in my head plus simular pieces from tattoos Ive seen. she told me come back in a day or so to look at wat she has drawn up, when I came back an saw what she drew up for me.it was like she looked into my mind an we linked when I talked to her bc the drawing was perfect. her an the staff were nothing but friendly and polite and u can tell they are well experienced by their portfolios!!! I havent got another tattoo since (Im due for one) but there is not hesitation I found my place an my artist!!! thank you sonia!!!

AND THEN!!! ON TOP OF THAT TYLER HAS THE ARDACITY TO CALL MY PHONE TO SAY I STOLE THE PEICE OF JEWELRY AND ITS ON CAMERA. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS THE SAME JEWELRY SHE HAD STUCK IN MY NOSE TRYING TO PIERCE MY NOSE THAT I HAD TO TAKE OUT MYSELF, SECOND OF ALL YOU CANT CHARGE SOMEONE FOR A PIERCING YOU MESSED UP PLUS WHEN THIS TOOK PLACE THE OWNER WAS NOT THERE SO I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR HIS ARRIVAL, AND IN THOSE TWENTY MINUTES SHE MADE NO EYE CONTACT WITH ME OR EVEN MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT PAYING FOR HER FAULT. IM HONESTLY IN ALL WITH THE STUPIDITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR THEYRE ABOUT. AGAIN JUST BAD FOR BUSINESS. TYLER IS RASCIST TOWARDS AFRICAN AMERICAN, VERY DISRESPECTFUL. DO NIT GO TO HER IF YOU DECIDE TO VISIT THIS PLAY. #ANYBODYBUTTYLER.

I had avoided this place for years. I went in about 10 years ago, and had a bad experience with customer service. However, when I wanted to get a new tat, I looked up all the reviews and saw the artist work on the website and knew this was the place I wanted to go. I walked in 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday night, and set up an appointment for the following day. Josh my artist, went out of his way to draw a picture that represented what I wanted in my new tat. The end result is amazing and I have never been happier. I will be going back now for any future tattoos. Glad I decided to give this place a second chance. I would suggest making appointments if you want to avoid showing up and no one being able to assist you.

My husband and I live in Virgina and the owner of this shop is a childhood friend of ours. So on a trip out to a Texas we decided to drive from Dallas to S.A. to get our next ink done. I have never felt more relaxed or made to feel like family. Clean environment and everything was explained to me as it was being done. Not to mention it was one of the least painful tattoos I have ever received and this was not a small piece of work. To this day I still get compliments on it. How beautifully done it is and how vibrant the colors still are. I look forward to my next visit. I even have my new piece already in mind!

I started going there for piercings back in 1999-2000. Then went back for tattoos and took my wife to get her tattoos. Only place Ive ever been and will continue to go. The staff is always great from the manager, tattoos artists to the people working the front. I have never had a bad experience nor have I ever seeing anyone treated unfairly. If your looking for a place to get good work done and where the people working there will make sure that not only do you get what your looking for but will be honest and tell you if its going to look good or trashy. Adrenaline is the place to go.
