Ive never had a worse Starbucks experience and thats saying a lot as a frequent Starbucks-er. The first time I went here, they told me they never have decaf iced coffee. Every other Starbucks Ive ever been to has. It was also 3 pm, so most people are not going to get caffeinated coffee at this time. The second time I came here, they were out of croissants but left the sign up for them in the bakery cabinet. I ordered a regular latte, which I waited for for 10 minutes. I could barely flag one of the employees down to ask about it despite standing at the counter for 5 more minutes. Some girl finally replied, "Oh yeah......... I gave it to someone in the drive through." Another girl asked, "So do you need a regular latte?" Uh, yeah! They then took another 5 minutes to make it, didnt call it out, so it was just sitting on the bar. I had to go up myself and ask if this was my latte. I also dont like how they dont take your name. They should be calling out the drink with a name so drinks arent left on the bar. Overall, horrible employees who dont care and they always seem to be out of something I want.

A coworker and I went to Starbucks on a break from work on a monday night around 7pm. We were the only 2 two inside the store awaiting a drink. The drive thru seemed like they had a pretty steady pace. I literally waited 10 minutes, then when I finally asked WTF, they told me it would be up any minute. The entire 10 minutes 3 Starbucks employees were in a circle talking about who knows what and carrying on conversations with their friends who had come into the store. Finally I asked for my money back and left. And they have a TIP JAR?!? For what?? Absolute HORRIBLE service?..actually, it wasnt even horrible, it was non-existant. If youve ever been to a Starbucks outside of San Angelo, you know this place is garbage. Unfortunately, they are the only one in the city. I still wont be going back. Good luck if you try them out!

In fairness, this was going to get a good review just because I moved from the land of Starbucks on every corner to here and had searched desperately to find one. I think my relief at finding one (thats right, one in the whole city of more than 100,000 people) here probably influences this review, but the coffee is great, the staff is among the better staffs Ive seen at a Starbucks, and I quite like them, The only negative here is that all of their plugs are along one small section of wall, so I was kind of screwed when it comes to laptop use since I was already out of charge. Other than that, just perfect.

Starbucks is great because its Starbucks, but the lot layout of this store is HORRIBLE. The store sits on a corner shaped like a slice of pie with a tiny parking lot that has the drive-thru extending through it. If you pull in and park, chances are you will have a hard time being able to get out if the store is busy. And if youre in the drive-thru, theres a good chance that somebody will back into you while they try to get out of the parking lot. I dont even stop if they are busy.

Sadly, this Starbucks is closer to my house than the other one in our town, but I choose not to go to this one anyone unless Im truly pressed for time. There are a few really good baristas here (Brian for one)- but the wait time is usually unpredictable and lengthy- my latte rarely tastes the same- and they have many young female baristas that pay more attention to playing and gossiping than their actual jobs.

53 minute wait.Nope! Dont go! Why the eff do they choose the busiest hours to train twelve people while the drive thru and lobby are backed up?! Terrible organization, make them come in during non business hours. Zero customer service, make sure you clear an hour of your day just to make a journey here and have your order messed up and probably have your fender bent if youre in the drive thru

This is like your typical starbucks, but I find it next to impossible to get in and out of. The parking lot is small and crowded, and the ingress/egress from the busy Sherwood Way or Avenue N is next to impossible. This is a very poor location for a Starbucks, and bottom line is I dont go to it because of the traffic and parking lot difficulties.

Im a Starbucks card carring member. At this locations, same great coffee. If you are pulling a trailer, this is not the Starbucks for you. This is the worst Starbucks in Texas for any truck pulling anything behind it. The surrounding parking is not better. For all you haulers, seek another Starbucks.

The coffee was good, but the atmosphere inside was ruined by loud and vulgar conversion between the employees. The employees were courteous to customers, but there wasnt a place in the seating area to escape their language and discussions of things that I really didnt want to hear.

They somehow manage to mess up 4 out of every 5 orders. And usually its something quite trivial or odd. They ask if I want classic every time I order ice coffee and yet almost every-time it doesnt have it. Yet, the receipt states it and so does the screen upon ordering.

The drinks came out fast, they tasted amazing, & I was served with a great attitude! Theres an employee there ( Keith ) who I always request to make my drinks because he knows exactly how to do make them & makes them fast. Always served with a good attitude as well.

Impossible to get into the parking lot, difficult to park, drive thru backs up and blocks the parking lot and sometimes blocks Sherwood Way. Not worth the hassle.

Waited 20 minutes just to listen to everyone complaining about them messing up all orders. Chito messed up 9 drinks just during our wait.
