Edit to my original post: Following the issue my daughter had with her dress, the owner, Kim, reached out to us. She offered her sincerest apologies and offered to repair the broken zipper. I very much appreciate her willingness to resolve the issue and being willing to credit some of our purchase for my daughters inconvenience and unfortunate end to her special night. It is nice to know she is a store owner who stands by her product. The experience in the store was helpful and they were more than willing to help us find something. But that something turned out to be a DISASTER! We purchased a two piece dress, retailing for over $400. Everything was fine with it in the store. However, the night before my daughters big event, the skirt zipper broke as she was doing a run through. Thankfully we were able to get an emergency fix on that elsewhere. Then, while at her event, the zipper on the top broke, splitting completely down her back! It was the same type of zipper that was on the bottom which broke the night before. This is just insane!!

Took my niece shopping for her prom dress. We had an excellent experience! They were so helpful & catered to her every need, helping her pin, zip & clip areas to give her the full experience of what it could look like if altering was needed. They have a large 3-way mirror & stool for you to stand on if you have a full dress that allows you to feel like a princess on a pedestal for all to see! Im glad I had that experience with her & the staff at Spellbound made it even better!

Love the store but Hate who runs the store theyll lie their buts off. I wouldve bought my prom dress here this year but haha yea right after they lied strait to my face I would never recommend this place or ever even step foot back into unless new owners take over. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Walked in 10 minutes before closing and the staff was wonderful!! They allowed us to try on dresses and even took the time to work with my daughter for fit her body type by showing some simple alterations. Cant say enough about this store and their staff!!! Love Love Love it!!!

The manager/or the woman who runs the store is extremely rude, and made me feel as if i wasnt "good enough" to be shopping there. Also the dress that i bought here for homecoming ripped to shreds before i even got to the dance and they wouldnt give me a refund.
