I came into this location yesterday and I was completely ignored. Let me say that Ive never had a bad Sephora experience before yesterday. There were three girls working and I didnt get asked if I needed help until 30 minutes later. One of the girls walked passed me three times, and averted her eyes when we made eye contact.(she was over made up with a shade or two too light for her) Another of them asked someone if they needed help who just walked in.(she has a bullring in her nose) And the other looked at me and started stocking shelves.(I think her name was Serena) I needed all new makeup. I was trying on all different kinds. I really liked Bare Minerals, so we were going to buy it. But since I was ignored for 30 minutes my husband said, where else can we for you to buy makeup? I said Mac. He looked one up and it was right there in Dillards. The one with the bullring over heard us talking about writing a review and told Serena and she came up to me with a bag of samples and half apologized for no one helping me. I declined her bag of samples. She followed me out the store with the samples that I refused again. This store needs to take a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive worked for two cosmetic companys and would have been fired if this had happened at anyone of them, because I had bosses who believed in providing good CUSTOMER SERVICE. It could be that things happen and for whatever reason they missed me and missed checking on me as a customer for thirty minutes and maybe really felt bad when they finally spoke to me and I told them how upset I was. But, regarding customer service, why did they then not try to make up for it by actually helping me? I still sat there and tried some makeup on and tried to match my skin for another 15 minutes or so. No one tried at that point to try and recover my business. It was just the samples and the sorries and nothing else. Mac got my sale. And it didnt take very long. either, with someone actually helping me.

Autumn was working when I just went. They had just opened so she was busy when I first came, but as soon as she finished opening the store, she came right over and asked if I needed help. She helped me pick the perfect eye shadow and showed me different options. She was able to help me and the others who went in and was very helpful and friendly. Ive only ever been to one other Sephora and I wasnt super impressed with it so this was a refreshing difference.

I love sephora but the employee here was terrible she tried to sell me something not in my skin tone range because it was the last one left and she started helping another customer right when she was helping me rude
