I have ordered online from this store 4 separate times (I have never been in the physical store) and have had a pretty good experience. The clothes are super cute and normally arrive 3 days after ordering if you use the free shipping option. However, the sizing is not very reliable. I am on the border of two sizes so I tend to go up, which usually works but sometimes the clothes are huge. Also, I once ordered a shirt that was not pictured on a model and I got the larger size and I couldnt even get it over my head. I gave it to my friend (who weighs 40 pounds less than me) and it is skin-tight on her. That being said, I never order anything that isnt pictured on a model any more. The site said "Fits true to size" but that was 2 sizes larger than my friends normal size. Over-all quality is good, but I do wish more of the clothes were machine-washable. Even big, plain v-necks are hand wash only, so that is pretty time consuming. Another complaint is that I tried to review some of the clothes on their web site and they never post any of my comments. They only post super-positive ones, which I dont think is fair. I appreciate honest reviews and I think they should too.

Ive been shopping at Hazel and Olive for about a year. I love that I can order things online and get them within a couple days, because I live fairly close to the store (bonus that I can return things to the store and look around if I dont mind a little drive after work). Today, I received a damaged product and emailed them asking if they would be getting more, because they are now out of stock in my size. I got an email back within 30 minutes, and they are going to contact the manufacturer to see if they can get one to send to me. I work for an online retailer (not in customer service), and I dont know of many companies who would do all of this AND tell me to just keep the damaged product so I dont have to deal with the hassle of trying to return it. Great clothes, great company, and great service! If youve ever had a doubt about ordering from here, rest assured that you will be very well taken care of.

I recently traveled to Mexico for my wedding. I stayed a total of 7 nights and the only night I did not wear a Hazel & Olive outfit was my wedding day. I literally had 2-3 people one night approach me about my outfit. I think total the entire trip I told at least 4-5 people about this boutique. I LOVE this boutique and that you can buy online since I am from IL. Extra bonus....FREE SHIPPING! This is the most affordable boutique I have ever seen. The clothes are UNIQUE, AFFORDABLE, and EXCELLENT QUALITY. The owner I have learned is very sweet and has a big heart. Every purchase by a customer helps give back to an organization (small and big). I also have had customer service experiences, which have always been quick responses, helpful, and kind. Please shop and support this boutique because not only will you stand out in a crowd with your outfit you are supporting a very good owner and boutique!

By chance, I just happened to find H&O online and I fell completely in love with their stuff. I am from New Jersey and it is so hard to find youthful, unique and sophisticated clothing around here. Everyone shops at Forever 21 and H&M, but those stores carry the same things all the time and everything is made so cheap, so it doesnt last very long. Anyway, Hazel and Olive won me over by being affordable and adorable! Their shipping is so quick and tracking packages is easy. The clothing online is constantly changing so you never have to worry about being seen somewhere with someone wearing the same thing. Also, you really cant beat their deals and rewards system!! Shopping here also makes me feel good since Taylor donates a portion of sales to charity.

I just wanted to take a second to compliment your boutique, customer service, your products...everything! I do a lot of online boutique shopping and a lot of time the response time is slow, the shipping is even slower and the products dont always fit like theyre portrayed. I have been shopping H&O for years now and yall are my go-to! For every wedding event, every vacation and pretty much every weekend, I wearing something I purchased from your boutique. I am so happy with the quality of the clothes and I am extremely thankful for the fast shipping! I am on this website way to much and Im not even sorry about it! Hazel and Olive has recently become my go-to online boutique! I have been really big into the online boutique/ shopping scene for the last 4 years, and rarely do I continuously shop at the same place, i switch it up. that has recently changed. They have such cute clothes. When they are out-of-stock, they usually restock again and in a timely manner. Shipping is FREE! you seriously cant beat that. I have gotten my items with-in 3-4 days after ordering, which is fabulous. Prices are really fair. When I have asked questions on fit and style through Instagram, i get a response in a timely manner. I highly recommend them! I finally just made an online account (i dont know why i waited so long, think of all the points i missed)

They used to have pretty decent quality clothing. I dont know what has happened lately, but the clothing I just received is all from some Chinese wholesaler. The terrible, chemical smell was apparent as soon as I opened the bag. One shirt I received was coming apart at the seams, and that is right out of the bag. The material is all really thin and cheap looking--similar to a $5 shirt you can get on Amazon. I will be sending some of my order back and will not be shopping here anymore until they stop charging people $30 + for a shirt that looks like it cost 50 cents to make in a sweat shop. Get it together. If I spend a pretty penny to buy your clothing, please give me the quality of clothing that I deserve.

I do not live in TX, but I have bought many, many items from H&O online store and have always had a great experience! Some of their items can run a little small (think juniors sizing, not womens) so I have had to return a few things, but I get a lot of compliments on the items I do keep that I wear often. Service and shipping is always prompt and on time. My only complaint would be some of the items sell out so fast, so I wish they kept a slightly larger inventory, but they are still growing their business so I can understand why its a "good" problem to have. Overall, H&O is great and Id recommend shopping here! :)

Hazel & Olive is my go to for special occasion attire. I have ordered a couple of dresses and worn them to weddings and received endless complements on how cute they are! My only cons would be that they can be a little hit and miss when it comes to size and quality, but their returns are pretty straight forward. I dislike that they give you store credit when you use a discount code though, I think that it should just be returned for the price you paid BUT, its not a challenge to use up a store credit at this boutique so its not THAT big of an issue. I definitely recommend this place!
