*****WARNING***************** DO NOT PULL OUT YOUR CELL PHONE FOR ANY REASON ***************************WARNING ************ Today had to be one of the worst experiences of my life in a public store @ 12:10 p.m., I decided to stop by this beauty supply store for the first time. The door was locked, then a nice lady came to the door and opened it. She told me she was in the back. I said to myself that’s weird, she came from behind the counter and she’s talking to two other ladies that are already in the store? For the first couple of minutes, I was really impressed! I saw a variety of styles and colors I don’t normally see in my area. I asked the worker/owner for the name of the store, because the location did not come up on my cell phone? She didn’t answer. The other two ladies, she looked at me when I asked for the name of the store, again? Next thing I knew, the lady who unlocked to door came charging at me from the back, demanding me to give her my cell phone!!!? I don’t know this lady? I have never been to this store in my life? I dodged this worker/owner three times, before she demanded I leave her store, because they are closed until 2:00 p.m.!!!! This crazy, suspicious , probably illegal woman, yelled out, “get out, I know who you are, I know why you’re here?” I removed myself from her place of business, but I also told her she was crazy, before I called the Police. To make a long story short, this could have been terrible. I felt the need to defend myself when she charged me from the back. (but I didn’t) I was in her store, I could have been killed for pulling out my cell phone. Whatever this store or this owner is hiding, its haunting them/her really bad? Everyone in the world has a cell phone, and will pull it out. Who would do this to a customer????????????????????? A guilty, illegal, I have something to hide, I should not be in business, I don’t know when the police/Feds is coming, type person or business. This is a true story that haunts me. Her internal assumptions thought I came from somewhere? Hopefully her store camera will show her how wrong she was to charge at a customer from behind, attempt to take their phone, and put them out. For her own, (I can assure you) illegal status or business practices. #cantbelievethishonestly

I have been to this business" on a several different occasions as it is conveniently close by, unfortunately that is the only good thing there is to say about this store. *The store is always in disarray, there are boxes of products everywhere and the store is so dark and cluttered that it makes it unclear as to which areas are intended for customers, until you unknowingly step into an area intended for personnel only, but dont worry, as the owner lady wont hesitate to actually put her hand on you to push you back and set you straight as to that area being off limits. *There are literally no prices marked anywhere for products nor on the products themselves, so you have to ask, wherein she will either quote you a price right there, or tell you to wait so she can go check, in which she goes off behind what i suppose is the checkout area & seemingly looks up said price for said product, but whether or not she is indeed doing so has never been really clear to me as there is so much stuff piled up in that area as well, that u basically would have to strain your neck just to see her head back there. While some things may be considered tolerable to some, there is still the fact that lady just feels shady and like shes ready and willing to scam you out of any dollar she can. The way she runs her store is unprofessional and she comes across as intimidating, ie; ~uh, This is HER store, and SHE does as SHE pleases, and as a customer, you SHOULD be thankful that your even allowed in HER store, and should accept any prices that SHE offers you without question! ...Oh and dont forget that you are to WAIT for her to finish braiding hair, or whatever she may be doing at the time with her family members until SHE has finished and is ready to approach you and most likely say "what do you want." as if you have caused her an inconvenience. the few times i did make a purchase it was because it was my only option at the time, even though she made me feel pressured, rushed, and cheated. I have NOT been back to this store and will NOT go back. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE SEEN TO DATE! Wish I could give them negative stars. I came here on 5/9 looking for pre-twisted hair. After looking for 5 minutes she said the come back tomorrow during business hours and she could find what I needed (fair enough-it was about 5 min after closing). So when I arrive today (5/10) she is doing a sew in (on a friend or relative) and tells me that her daughter is coming in 10 min and she will then look for it (she actually told me that she didnt bother looking because I wasnt there when she opened and she figured that I wouldnt come back).15 MINUTES LATER I had to send my hubby and kiddos to the nearby grocery store for snacks and a bathroom break. They had enough time to go to the grocery store, use the restroom, walk up and down the aisles, get snacks and then go back to the car, and she STILL HAD NOT LOCATED THE STOCK THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. She showed me one pack of what I was looking for but then said that she couldnt find the box that the rest of the hair was. She offered to order it for me. I declined (after all, I saw what I wanted online and was trying to avoid the wait time. I left. While outside, hubby asked me if I got what I wanted and I gave him a curt NO! This lady actually came outside the shop to tell me that "I dont need to have an attitude like that" and "I should be grateful"...grateful for what? That your shop is so full of expired and ill kept product that you cant even find something that a customer wanted? She acted as though this was a act of goodwill, like she would have given the product to me for free should she actually find it. I was beyond livid that not only was my time wasted, but that she was so disrespectful and indignant. After reading the other review, I might have been better off not buying anything (thanks to the disorderliness of this "businesswoman" (and I use that word VERY LOOSELY) Bottom line: If you dont like someone and dont know how to tell them, send them here. Im sure theyll get the message.

DONT GO HERE! If I could, I would not even give this place 1 star. I came here to buy hair from this business. The sales women brought me to the back and showed me only one brand which I eventually bought 3 of. I looked up the brand online and noticed they normally cost about $6.50 each yet she charged me $14 each and there was not a price tag attached to any of the packages of hair I bought! When I came back to the store that day I politely asked to exchange for a cheaper set of hair which she told me there was none available in my color and that refunds were unavailable. I asked to go look for myself and found another brand of hair in my color for $20.00 cheaper so I asked the woman in charge if I could just exchange the hair and she said yes, however, she refused to give me any of the money back that she would owe me for the exchange. With that being said I was unsure on if I would accept the exchange without money or just keep the hair I previously bought when she interrupted me with "So what do you want to do?You know I have someone waiting on me right now?" I took the hair I originally bought but am not satisfied with the pressure to buy overpriced items, improper and disrespectful customer service, and lack of advertised pricing on the bags of hair I bought I received.
