Horrible horrible horrible pharmacy service. None of the pharmacists ever know what they are doing and let the phones ring while they sit by and sip sodas. Every time I come in they always seem to have a problem filling my prescription and it takes me at least thirty minutes every time to even get it. None of the pharmacists know the price on anything there, so every time that I have to pick up my insulin needles I have to remind them what the price is. I ran out of insulin and went to go pick some up today, and when I asked the pharmacist for it, she told me I needed a prescription, which I had, so she went to go grab my insulin and gave me the wrong insulin. I told her which one I actually needed and she came back and was about to ring it up but had no idea what the price was, so she sat by and waited for another pharmacist who told me that I would be unable to pick up the insulin because my prescription was expired, even though I called the doctor and got confirmation that it was fixed before I got there. They ended up not giving me my insulin, which I told them I needed to survive, yet they just looked at me like I was crazy and would not help me out at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pharmacists are so rude and have no idea what they are doing, its amazing that they even have a job.

Use any pharmacy except this one!!!!! I waited on hold for 30 minutes two days in a row to fill a script and I did not even get one person on the phone to tell me to hold for a minute and someone will be with me shortly. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you enjoy wasting your day on the phone waiting for someone to pick up that never will, this is the perfect pharmacy for you. If you are a normal person and actually prefer to be treated like a customer, go anywhere but here. I will never return to this location, even if they were the only pharmacy holding the medication that would save my life. I cant put enough expletives in this review to explain how incredibly dissatisfied I am with this excuse of a pharmacy. In the words of Charles Barkley, they are "TURRIBLE."

Never before have I seen a place with more indifference or incompetency. I cant count the number of times Ive been flat out lied to. I have never received my medicine when they said it was ready. They were still sold out of a medicine I desperately needed after they told me three days before that they had it in stock. They do not care about their customers at all. It truly is the worst service Ive ever seen in an industry where you need to have a good customer service. Please save yourself some time and hair and do NOT go to this pharmacy.

Yes, service here is bad and they dont open/close on time (open at 8:10 instead of 8am). Also, this pharmacy isnt good for prescriptions that you need quickly. Heres what you gotta do: Order your prescription, wait a day or two, then go pick it up at 9:30pm (30min before they close). Few, if any, other customers will be there. I get in and out in under 5min in the drive thru. This works great for refills. May want to use another pharmacy if you need your meds within 24hours. I was really mad at this place until I finally figured this out.

Outraged! CVS pharmacy, Nantucket and Campbell, Richardson, TX. Ahmad and Maddie should be fired and never work in this profession, again. They lie, argue, and make things up. Extremely rude and not professional. This is from multiple experiences. Text Alerts, Refill Reminders “your refill is ready.” Employees told me “there are no refills.” My doctor sends same refill, again. Second trip and I’m told “you have to request your refills and it was refilled a month ago, do you want last month’s refill or todays refill?” Unbelievable!!!

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. On more than one occasion. Slow, unfriendly, and they literally dont answer the phone sometimes, even when not busy. I had to drive to the store and ask them to answer the phone so that my doctor could give them an update over the phone that they asked me to get from him. Sure enough I got there waited in line (while the phone was ringing the whole time I was waiting) and they never answered it till I told them it was my doctor trying to call. Glad I moved and have a new pharmacy.

Waited an hour to be turned away on a Sunday (because they put in the wrong dates) came back the next Tuesday to wait another hour to be told they were too busy to fill my prescription, came back the following Thursday and waited 30 minutes to only be able to get 1 of the prescriptions I came in for. Then last week a ordered a refil and was asked when I would like to pick it up, after waiting in the drive through ( I was the 4th car) it wasnt ready, they had 5 hours to refil my prescription! I have changed pharmacies.

Ahmad, one of the technicians at this pharmacy, goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. His customer service skills are exellent. He followed up with me on a few challenges I had with getting medication. He knows the computer system very well. I often see him training the other employees. He definitely thinks out the box and is the go to guy for thise that work with him. He has a exellent memory and multi tasks. He should definitely be utilized in a training position with CVS.

Wanted to buy a jar of chest rub on sale for $5.99. Cashier treated me like a suspect called over manager who keyed in his personal email address and still couldnt operate the machine and told me the item was NOT on sale. I was insulted so I went to the shelf where the yellow tag was taped to the shelf retrieved it and brought it back to the counter and told him to keep it. These people are rude, ignorant, unfriendly and dont care.

This place is open 24 hrs (not the pharmacy though) which is convenient. The service and staff are friendly, and overall consistent with other CVS. I understand this place isnt the place CVS in the world due to all the other bad reviews - but people just expect too much these days - not every pharmacy in the world is going to have the best pharmacists - if you didnt have a great experience, you shouldnt rate JUST the pharmacy!

The non pharmacy staff are nice, their stocks of what I am looking for are full roughly 80% of the time. Some pharmacy staff are not helpful, and some are very helpful. Ex: My Dr prescribed medicine that wasnt being stocked at any pharmacy nearby at the time. One of the pharmacists helped me find a very useful alternative instead of telling me tough luck. I always appreciate with pharmacists go above and beyond. :)

Terrible. All the CVS pharmacies I go to seem to have awful, horrible customer service, slow all embedded into their company culture. Its like pulling teeth to get a call into the pharmacy, the pharmacists dont follow up with doctors as theyve said they would, its a lot of back and forth. This last time I called in, the pharmacist finally answered after being on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me.
