My review is long but bear with me, especially if your life or sanity depends on your medications. This scenario occurred over the course of one week. I have bipolar 1 and my psychiatrist sent my antidepressant and antipsychotic to this walgreens. They filled the antidepressant TWICE but not the antipsychotic. I asked a couple times if there was anything more that was sent over with the antidepressant, they said no. I called my psychiatrist and she swore it was sent over. I kept calling walgreens and they said it was not there. I told her it was an antipsychotic and the name started with a g but I wasnt sure what it was (now I know its geodon) she said it was not there. It was there the entire time, this "pharmacist" just did not think to look at brand AND generic names, and for some reason just did not fill it in the first place when the prescription was sent over. Since I did not have the antipsychotic, I was sent into a full blown manic episode, hallucinating and shaking, the whole thing. She also called me to ask if I had any questions about the antidepressant, when I asked a VERY simple question, she replied with an attitude "uhh I dont know, I mean I guess" like whats the point in asking me if I have a question if you cant answer it? Ive never had a problem with this walgreens until this girl started working here. I will IMMEDIATELY be switching ALL my prescriptions to CVS. And if I have to go inpatient at a psychiatric hospital, rest assured I will bring this walgreens to court to pay for it. Peoples lives and mental health depends on their medications, there is no room for error... STAY AWAY

I walked in here to simply pick up a pack of gum, and I understand the whole "raucous teenager" concept but as soon as I walked in it seems I was stereotyped as a punk kid. The manager thought it would be a good idea to follow me around... it wasnt just a coincidence, I made sure to walk to various aisles and look at inconspicuous things such as shampoo, tea, and napkins. He followed me and made sure to look as if he were fixing things on the aisle. Things that didnt need fixing, things he had already fixed. After about 5 minutes of my shopping experience, multiple employees took shifts on watching me, the cashier would walk out from the counter and take a look, then the manager. At one point the cashier was at one end of the aisle and the manager at the other, with me deadlocked in the middle. It should have been a simple in and out visit as I was only getting a $1.49 pack of gum. Very disappointed in the staffs actions. Will not shop at this particular walgreens ever again, gonna make the extra 10 minute drive to a CVS instead.

Worst Walgreens Ive been to. Slow service, understaffed, scripts not ready when promised. I was told my scripts would be ready at 1130. I came back at 12 to be told they were not even started yet. I called at 230 and was told they were ready. I came back at 4, waited in line at the drive through to be told I had to come in to get my script because it was "too heavy." I went inside to a line of about seven people in front of me. When I finally got to the front, my scripts were still not ready. The lady at the drive through window had an attitude when I questioned her about the delay and tried to blame the disorganization on other people changing their insurance. If I want horrible service, I can go to Walmart. At least its closer to home.

Tried calling with an issue just moments ago and the girl that I spoke with was so incredibly rude. Interrupted me before I could even get my request out, refused to listen to me or assist. I know that if she had heard me out, she would have been able to do her job and help me. I am appalled at the rudeness that I just endured. Truly brought me down and inconvenienced me when it was not necessary. I wish I had gotten her name because I just cannot get over the way that she spoke to me.

Finally moving my business somewhere else. This store (chain?) has lost the play with the customer. Ive put up with the slow service and constant fumbling of their auto-refill process too long. Today they completely dropped the ball on relaying important information from my physician...if I hadnt taken the initiative to call, I wouldnt have received it. Im out.

They charge $12.99 for every two passport pictures, I needed 8 she said will be $51.96 Booo, went to Walmart McKinney ranch down the street, very nice lady, got 12 pictures for $11.59. Way to rip customers off Walgreen, I see your name soon after blockbuster and RadioShack. Now transferring all my proscriptions to Walmart also.

Pharmacy location is convenient to home, but never a quick in and out or drive thru experience. Not the place to go if you are sick and need something quick. Staff appear to be too busy to do much more than take and distribute Rx as they dont want to be bothered with contacting previous pharmacy to get Rx transferred over.

The pharmacy is very slow and extremely rude. During my visit they were not helpful at all and the register operator was very demeaning and treated the customers like they were idiots. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Horrible service.

Seriously, why is this pharmacy always so slow? Its extremely frustrating! And they are always so rude when I come here. If it wasnt for there location I would be switching to a different location or even pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

Its your usual Walgreens. The pharmacy is usually SUPER busy though and not the most friendly and helpful (probably because they are so busy). Cant say Ive ever been to a Walgreens that keeps their pharmacy well staffed.

Totally incompetent, not willing to help and wont look beyond what insurance says regarding a script. No wonder the line is always so long they spend a lot of wasted time not helping people. Im finding another pharmacy

Customer service @ pharmacy is very poor. They are not able to tell how to use medicine & others doing some cartons packing/ just watching, they are not helping each other
