I visited this place on my way back from visiting a friend. Its a big hair store with lots of selections to choose from for various hair products. I didnt feel a warm welcome coming in but I hate to sound pessimistic but I expected that there. I was stared down a lot and especially if I made quick hand moments or bent down to look at stuff in the store. I did see a colored photograph right infront of the cash register facing the customers view (so unattractive and an awkward visual to display) of some black guy who was wanted for stealing or robbery, I cant remember exactly. Anyways, I felt as if the guy checking me at the register was the owner. He looked at me said the price, cashed me out and went on about his business. This happens a lot at these types of stores. Im certainly not going back. Poor service, no customer service skills, and poor attitudes towards their customers. Lets stop giving these people our money. They need us WAY MORE than we need them. Just my 2 cents.

I go to this particular store atleast once a week, there are maybe 1 or 2 employees that could be a bit nicer but for the most part I enjoy the customer service. Anytime I need help they help and depending on the amount of money I spend I will get a free magezine or combs or whatever they feel like. They always have a sale on something weather its my favorite perm or hair weave. They have a great selection of earrings, I always find a nice pair or two when Im thouroghly looking. I always get my hand mirrors from here, my oil sheen, my lashes, my moisterizer, my gel, whatever I need they have it. Its gets a little crowded on some isles and there needs to be more room at the checkout but other than that I like it.

If I could give this establishment no stars I would! I have been a loyal customer at USA Beauty supply for years, as of today, that has changed. The new staff members are rude (including the current manager) and as the customer said above, they have HORRIBLE customer service!! DO NOT waste your time and money here.

Ask for a price over phone was adv cant give over phone have to come up there what type of customer svc is this. Very inconvenience... Im calling for reason...

Too crowded. Can barely walk down the aisles. They will have something one day and the next week they wont.

I like buying from here. For the most part I find what I need.
