This Walgreens is simply one of the worst stores Ive been to. The only reason I go there is for the photo center, but the service I have received there is terrible. Its obvious the employees dont like their jobs or their manager for that matter. I was trying to pick up an order, and the manager was helping another patron, he asked one of the photo associates to help me as he went off to help the guy in front of me. SHE DID NOT. I could clearly see to women "working" and having a very unprofessional conversation. I had to wait for the manager to come back, and when he asked if I had been helped, I wanted to knock over everything in the store. No I had not been helped, and I could very plainly see my order in the tub. Question: "How many employees does it take to get checked out of Walgreens?" Answer: Zero, It takes a manager. After this first incident youd think Id have learned my lesson, but no I went back. I figured I could withstand the wait, as long as I got what I needed. Wrong. This time nobody was at the photo counter (slight improvement from the last time) so I waited for someone to show up. When someone finally did I asked for my prints I was told that the printer had been down for 2 days and that someone was coming to fix it that day. The person helping me said that shed have someone call me before the weekend was up, so that I could come pick them up. Guess what, NO CALL, and when I tried to call the photo department myself, yet again there is no one there to attend the desk. If they ever get there butts in gear and call, I will not be going to pick those prints.

Without a doubt this is one of the worst stores I have ever been to as far as customer service goes. I have never in my life had so much trouble trying to use a single coupon at a store, first the employee at the front could not understand the words "Get one (1) pack of Natural American Spirit for one dollar $1" so a manager had to be called over. The coupon would ring up as $1 off which was not correct then the manager read the back and somehow misunderstood the writing which could not have been anymore crystal clear. After treating me like I was the dumb one she said she would only ring the coupon up as $1 off which was very incorrect. It was a waste of my time and very disrespectful to have treated a loyal customer the way I was. I can confidentially say I will not be going to this walgreens ever again. It blows my mind how this manager got her job since she cant even properly ring up a manufacturers coupon. I suggest that this store be avoided when there is CVS, hornbachers, and sunmart that will have the same products without the headache of frequent terrible customer service.

THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS WALGREENS ARE SO WONDERFUL AND I GO INTO THIS STORE WEEKLY. ITS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT YES THEY ARE VERY BUSY AT TIMES BUT, THEY WILL ALWAYS MAKE TIME TO HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING. I LOVE DEVELOPING MY PHOTO IN THE LAB THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOOD DEALS ON PHOTOS AND CAN ALWAYS DO IT IN UNDER 1 HR. MY USUAL ROUTINE IS CHECKING OUT THE AD ON SUNDAY, ORDER PHOTOS SUNDAY, PICK UP MY PRESCRIPTIONS, AND OTHER SHOPPING I NEED TO DO DURING THE WEEK. THE PHARMACISTS ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE. THIS IS MY WALGREENS SO DONT WASTER YOUR TIME ON TELLING THEM THEY NEED TO WORK ON A FEW THINGS. I LOVE GOING TO THIS STORE.

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt in my entire life. They do not know how to process refills, in fact every time i have checked with my doctor and every refill request i have asked this pharmacy to process has NEVER made it to my doctor not even once. Terrible communication amongst pharmacy staff, they screw up everything.. Its no wonder walgreens cant operate a pharmacy in north dakota.. I wish minnesota would ban them as well. Absolutely the Worst pharmacy in the united states.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The drive up isnt always convenient considering the location is so close to the train tracks.

Wew lad, prices sure have gone up at drugstores in Moorhead. Service was good, though I didnt visit the medicine counter.
