I am never the kind to review a business whether my experience was good or bad. However, this first time is necessary. I was casually out and ran across this store in passing and because I was looking for a particular drink fromnearlier in the day, I immediately asked my BF to stop before they closed and I would run in to see if this location carried what we were looking for. He parked in front of the store in haste bcuz we had 3 mins before the store closed so I could run in and before I could step in the door, I was immediately told I could not come in because we could not park in front of the store. In my head I could not understand why but it was to prevent from criminal activity/runs. I get it, but the tone of this man voice was so unprofessional. His service and disposition was way off because he kept fanning me off the premise. My BF asked if they had what we were looking for and he said no but said maybe we could go somewhere else and suggested a product (a sterotypical drink) that was not even what we wanted. This place will NEVER get my business because there are better ways to talk to customers.

Twin Kitties

The staff is very rude to people with disabilities. I have a hard time walking due to my cerebral palsy, and I just wanted one small bottle of Hendricks gin to celebrate my weekend. A member of the staff humiliated me by calling me drunk and made me tell him my medical diagnosis. It was then that he continued to berate me and highlight all the reasons why I looked under the influence of alcohol. Futhermore when I asked him to write down his name on a sheet of paper, he told me that he worked for the company for 30 years and that nothing would happen to him. I thought about calling 911 for them to breathalyze me on the spot. It was one of the most degrading and humilatiing experiences of my life.

Bit Shifter

I like this liquor store for the cleanliness, product varity and customer service. Often there are free samples provided by the product manufactures which is nice as the people providing the samples are not pushy. I believe True Spirits pricing is a little high but it will be interesting to see what happens to pricing if the upcoming liquor sales vote passes. In summary; nice people and a nice clean store.

Very friendly staff and a solid selection of pretty much everything. New location is really cool and better than the previous spot off 544. Nice to have a local shop still around with all of the big box stores being built all over town. In regards to the "scam" reviews, that is completely untrue. Theyve been in business a long time and just moved locations a few months ago.

Services were okay, but everything in there is priced like this is the only store on Earth that sell these valuable commodities and the owner is trying to be the riches and greediest in the Land. So I choose to purchase the cheapest product because I wanted show some respect to this establishment instead of turning around and heading down the road to Specs

This store is great. Please support them as they are a new independent business. Their beer selection is great + you can also make your own 6 pack of craft beers. They sell many Texas craft beers and are friendly. Today, it was raining and the True Spirits staff helped a customer carry a case to their car. Kudos!

The best liquor store in Plano. Period. The best whiskey selection I have seen in any store around here. Everyone is nice and friendly. Has excellent sales and selection. This is my go to store. Love it! Just ask for Greg and tell him Sam Lawrence sent you!

Excellent excellent excellent staff. Ive been coming here in the last year, mainly due to the authentic and friendly care and customer service. The sales staff is beyond knowledgeable and awesome. Kudos to the owner for keeping up the quality and service.

It seems that beer is over-priced here in TX. Someone cheap like me should be able to find a six pack under $6. Thats frustrating. Im not a beer snob. I just want a simple lager and I dont want to pay 9 bucks for a sixer.
