its sad i have to give this Walgreens such low marks since the front end is great. My problem is with the pharmacy. They never have my husbands Meds available. They wont order it. They say itll take weeks. They wont call around other stores. just hand us back the script and basically say its your problem. Its a good thing we have small pharmacies here in town that understand customer service. Gruene Road Pharmacy tries to keep it in stock and if they dont, they get it next day. I take all of our prescriptions there now. I only go to walgreens to get my dog food if i forget it at the supermarket.

We use this walgreens frequently. But they have a problem with their cashier (older large man). He asked for my Id no problem. Then he asked to take it out of my wallet still no problem. Double checks it and looks at me and says I dont look 38. At this point Im irritated. Then he uses the bar code scanner to check items to check my license. At that point I asked for my license back and didnt buy the beer and left. I ended up going back in to talk the manager. I agree with checking IDS but this guy had gone to far.

My wife was told three times Fri. 2-25, Mon 2-28 and Wed 3- 2 that they faxed over the paper work to have Dr. authorize a refill then they admitted they never faxed it either time, called Dr office today Thurs 3-3 was told they never received a fax.now just spent 12 minutes on phone with store was asked to hold then only to be hung up on called back held 10 minutes they never answered CVS is looking real good

Boom! Its right by my house... That means we will keep the place in BUSiness. Quicker TP runs. No groceries... No Problem. All therr stuff is NICE. Forgot anniversary? NOPE! I gots walgreens and aisles of CANDY. Need meds? Be back in flash.

Great store but I have spent over an hour in the pharmacy drive-thru line just to drop-off a prescription on multiple occasions. It can be an incredibly long wait sometimes.
