Terrible service , I usually dont but reviews on any site but unfortunately this has been a nightmare 2 months prior I got a medication refilled was 6 tab short this month 3 tabs short, these days my son has to go without medication. They are never accurate or dependable, nor are they ever on the same page as there teammates this month they were short, on his medicine and one lady told me I could pick it up a day early which would be yesterday and go to get it the pharmacist told me I had to wait till today , I got today and sit at the window for 9 min no other customers on line I watch through the window the pharmacists take a anew customer that walked to the window in side plus a FedEx package , what happened to customer service , and speed of service , specially at the pharmacist ,Im sure that FedEx guys som hasnt been with out medication for 3 days or waiting at the drive through window for 9 min . So frustrated I just had to leave and send someone else to go pick it up .

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PHARMACY STAFF!! THEY NEVER HAVE MY SONS PRESCRIBTION WHEN ITS CALLED IN BY THE DOCTOR! REFILLS ARE A ISSUE AS WELL! THEY ALL HATE THEIR JOB! I HAVE WAITED IN LINE AND IN DRIVE UP FOR 30 MINUTES ONLY TO BE IGNORED AT THE WINDOW. ALSO CAUGHT STAFF EATING CHIPS AND WIPING HER FINGERS ON HER COAT. THANKS TO THIS CRAPPY LOCATION I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEKEND TO GET MY SONS ACID REFLUX MEDICATION!! THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR A COMANY BUT I HAVE HAD IT!

I called my refill in at 3:30 and the lady said it will be done in an hour. I was okay with that, but when I got here at 6:30pm all they could say was it will still take up to 30 min more. I called it in because I didnt have time to wait today. Think twice before filling your med here

Constantly messing prescriptions. Call for refills through pharmacy as doctor requests and doctor never gets these requests. No compassion for the patient. Going to try CVS. Maybe they can get simple monthly refills right...

Horrible customer service requested my medication to transfered from another pharmacy and they never faxed over request and they are very rude to customers, If you dont like your job then please do something else.
