Ive been coming to this store for a few years now and its one of the best beauty supply stores Ive been too. Its such a big store yet the management always has it clean and the organized where I am able to find what I need without an issue. The staff is excellent and the ladies are always helpful and kind to me when I come in to shop. The staff can always be found in the aisles, ready to assist the customers immediately and I appreciate that a lot. The manager is very friendly and it is obvious to me that he cares about his customers because he is always trying to do his best to help resolve any of their issues. Hes helped me multiple times and even put me on to new products for my hair which Im grateful for. I live closer to the Lantana store but I make the effort to drive to the one on Military because the atmosphere is more open and I feel better knowing my money is going to a place where I am wanted and feel comfortable in.

*****They are trying us!!! They tried to charge me $50 for "synthetic "closure (dude fixed his mouth to say). $69 closure for ripple human 16 inch!!! (Disrespectful) I took my money to 45th and congress "pineapple store" and bought a natural raw ripple soft closure for $25 16 inch... AND They have more closure options to fit your pocket!!! Dont fall for the okeedokee ...We have options to go elsewhere and pay.. yes they have a lot of stuff. The wigs are wack and over priced. I havent found a nice wig stock in Palm beach yet. Anyone know any places around???

If you like beauty products- this is your place ! There is a product for almost anything you can imagine. My daughter, who loves hair extensions, almost fainted when she went in here. Instead of wallpaper, there is hair to the ceiling. The salespeople will spend endless time matching your color and the prices are reasonable. They also sell wigs, fashion jewelry , and skin and hair products that are unlimited . There is a hair salon on inside this store which seems to cater to ethnic hair styles.

This is so far the largest Elegant Beauty Ive been to. It has everything you could need as a client, shopper, student learning cosmetology or even a professional stylist. I would have given it 5 stars but they need more employees out on the floor and employees should have better customer service skills

This is a very quiet place to shop in Peace for any hair product! They do sew in right the the building! The service is top of the line! Prices are a bit steep but its worth every dollar! You pay for what you get, dont be cheap! Love the staff, very honest and consistent with serving!
