My fiancés coffee was burnt and while the young lady was making my venti soy green tea frap I asked how much syrup she put in and w/ and attitude she said that she was putting in 4 shots of the base and one of the syrup. With all that attitude she didnt mention that she didnt put in the 6 spoons of green tea matcha, that I requested. So my drink taste like soy flavored frap w/ a hint of green tea. Since we were on our way back to Dallas TX, I didnt get to have them to correct it. With all that attitude she had I decided to go to the Starbucks that I visit daily and have them to make my drink. Dissatisfied

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency, no matter what time of day it is. The best way to get your drink in a timely manner is to order on the Starbucks app in advance of arrival.The parking lot is also a source of frustration because there are about 7 spots total unless you want to park "illegally" in the next door Panda Express. However, the people who work here seem nice and my drinks are usually made correctly.

Not sure why but the coffee made here taste horrible compared to the other Starbucks Ive been.. Ive had mocha and Frappuccino and are not the same.. Ive had them remake them.. . Ive never had any issues at any other Starbucks but this one this the worst.. I guess when Im craving Starbucks I have to take a drive to either some San Marcus or San Antonio to get Starbucks but not here in New Braunfels..

This is a terrible location. No drive through, the parking is an accident waiting to happen, but its the staff that makes this place a definite skip in the future. My drink was made wrong first (ordered a simple coffee frap) and then when I got my coffee it was soapy. Luckily the soap was so strong I realized there was a problem and threw it out before getting sick. Beware of this place.

Since this Starbucks has been renovated, its gone down hill. Theres a new look, and everything is shiny, but the staff is slow, the music is too loud, they now have less outlets for your laptops, and the tables must have been made on a rocking ship, because you cant find a sturdy one in the whole store. Have a great day, but if you want it to be great, you should spend it somewhere else.

Great coffee, nice staff...once they noticed there was a line of waiting customers. Two working the counter, both busy doing whatever. Neither acknowledged waiting customers. We waited about 3 minutes before our presence was acknowledged. All one of them needed to do was say hi, welcome, or something and Ill be with you shortly. Its called customer service and common courtesy.

Coffee, Coffee, Coffee. Starbucks knows how to do that. Now with afternoon delights, who rah! This location has some high tables, low tables, and large table. Staff is wonderful. Only real downfall is very limited parking (approx 10 spaces) means that the parking lot is always jam packed. I usually park behind the Chicken Express in the HEB parking lot and walk down.

Horrific parking, better to come in off feeder and leaving through Walnut. Employees look like they would rather be impaled by a spike to the top of the head rather than take your order. Food? Every time I go there is only 1 of each item. Im rating it 3 stars but only because there moca frapachinos are like crack to me.

Worst parking lot ever, but a great staff. Yes all Starbucks have the same menu (with a few exceptions... No clover here) but some locations do a better job with the drinks. This one is a cut above. I only rated 4 stars because of the parking lot... And I wish they had a clover. But otherwise this place is aces.

Been coming to this location for 5 years now. No it is not a drive thru and nor the parking is ideal. BUT The staff is great. 90% of the time my drink comes out at expected time or better. I enjoy coming here just to socialize with others. This is my all time favorite Starbucks.

Theres no drive thru. The customer service is terrible. I think theyre terribly understaffed, and not adequately trained. McDonalds is the better way to go if you have to go to work and are on a time limit of less than 15 minutes when there are only a couple of people inside.

Yeah, parking sucks and theres no drive thru but the employees were very friendly and quick. It was not very busy inside, nice spacious interior. Traffic is extra nightmarish right now because of the construction on Walnut but we made it in and out without too much trouble.

The parking situation at this location is an awful mess and there is no drive through. The staff usually isnt very attentive or friendly. However, I havent had a bad coffee from here yet, and I try different ones all the time. They do keep the store tidy and clean.

Not the best parking, and lack of a drive thru are turn offs. Otherwise its a Starbucks. Recommend order ahead for this location, and park at Chicken Express or Panda Express to run in and get your drink so you dont have e to mess around with the terrible parking.

The staff isnt respectable, they are slow, they "lose" orders, and they jip you out of money. They never look pleasant. Theres maybe 2 people out of all the staff that are okay. The parking SUCKS and theres never a sturdy table. I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff and drinks are fine, but you can only experience that IF you can actually find a parking space. They have lost a whole lot of business to other coffee shops that have ample parking, drive thrus, and actual convenience.

Staff is usually pretty good but be warned that parking is not ideal. If you order using the mobile app they are very good about having your order ready on time and correct. It also makes getting in and out much quicker.

Really nice staff! Unfortunately NO room for parking with a big truck... They should relocate this place to a bigger parking lot! Id visit every day then! I only dont go in when theres no place to park.

needs to be relocated for a drivethrough ... somehow the coffee usually tastes burnt its a real hit or miss here ... wouldnt mind not having a starbucks around just to have one with a drivethrough

The service is always quick, but I just wish they had a drive through! Nonetheless the baristas make great drinks and there always seems to be at least one open table no matter what time of day.
