***THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE EDINBURG LOCATION*** I looooovvve Shipleys but for my second visit at the Edinburg location, i did not like my experience. 1. I went through the drive through and clearly asked for half dozen and got one of the donuts wrong. 2. I got three filled donuts and they all didnt have enough filling. (compared to how the McAllen store makes then. 3. All of the donuts except the regular glazed were all dry and not moist. I have never had a bad experience with my orders. I hope the staff reads these comments. Ill say again, i love Shipleys. I wouldve given a 1 star but I couldnt do it knowing how great the McAllen store is.

Stopped by on 10th street and bought $28 worth of donuts and kalachs! Most of the kalachs were stale and hard as a brick! The ham and cheese ones...tasted horrible and had almost no ham or cheese in them! About half the donuts were stale! Im a certified baker...and was very disappointed. Im from out of town and was taking them to employees Ive been working with for the last 2 weeks. Only a few has been eaten, I should return them for a refund!

The donuts are excellent....We have been getting donuts here ever since I can remember...But the older lady at the drive thru window is very rude and doesnt give you what you order....She gives you what she wants and then suggests that if we are closer to the mission store we should go there!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Once you try these there is no other donut. My boss had brought them to one of our meetings and they were all excited that she got them. I tried one and I understood why. My favorite is the doughnut with the count shavings. Just go early when they have more selections.

I come here way too often! I love the old fashioned cinnamon rolls and the Apple fritters. The people who work here are artisans. Its a great experience watching them work. Excellent service!

Great friendly service. The donut choice seems to lack variety compared to Krispy Kreme. But the donuts are better then Krispy Kreme. Id take quality over quantity any day.
