I have to say Rent A Centers needs to invest into better quality management if they expect to ever keep the business up and running Dennis the store manager there is the worse manager i have ever dealt with along with the piss poor employees that work there.. Dennis the General Manager of the facility seems like he need to pursue a different career in some other field cause business management is not up his alley when it comes to understanding issues that arise at his store. The district manager should be ashamed for who they have in charge to represent their company.

If I could give them less than one star I would put them in the negative. There is a manager name Chris and he does not listen at all. He is very rude I was on a budget when I first moved but Im not anymore I told them to come and get it. I bought one the same day!! Get new management!!!!

The worst people ever especially the manager!! quotes policies but cant ever show you them in writing and just wants you to take his word. Very rude and says bad things about you.
