They arrived at my apartment without the proper tools, screws and bolts to put my bedroom set together. I was told they would return in an hour and when I called the Plano store to Inquire about their whereabouts the store manager Raymond tells me " I ment for them to call you, I sent him on another call, the person who originally took it apart isnt here and hes the only one who knows where the screws are and theyll be there sometime tomorrow to put it together" I have unassembled furniture clogging my bedroom at this very moment. This is highly unprofessional of them and I will no longer do business with this company again!

Called today to pay a bill for my hubby but instead I get the most unprofessional no customer service skills having manager (Brandy). She did not want to take my hubby money instead she wanted to argue. Then had the nerve to say well you can schedule a time for us to pick up the product. Maam, I am calling to pay does it sound like I want to return the product. Apparently, they like having unpaid accounts especially if someone is calling to pay. Not a happy customer. My first time using the company and it will be my last. Try another rental company before you try this particular one on Park in Plano. The manager is rude.

The staff is deplorable! Stay away from this store! If I could give a zero star rating I would. I do highly recommend using this company however not this location.
