Called the store for assistance with a phone delivered to the wrong store. Spoke to Stephanie, store manager, who went out of her way to research this strange occurrence. After some extensive research, Stephanie resolved the issue and ensured the phone was delivered to the correct location. This is a great example of outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store as the staff is great.

Really impressed by the customer service here, I was with at&t when I had went into the store with questions about my phone and the manager there helped me out and answered every question I had even though I wasnt a customer with them, she really took the time to teach me how to use the features and set all my stuff up for me.

Ramon helped me out bro like you would not believe. I went in needing a new phone because mine broke. And he showed me the new iPhone 6s Plus and I fell in love. He was knowledgeable and courteous! I will be going back to get a new phone when the new iPhone comes out.

Ordered phone it never came. They took no ownership and gave me the run around for weeks. Go to Cedar Hill they have knowledgeable, experienced managers and staff. Also they are a corporate store so they will most likely have your phone in stock.
