I was overcharged for a pair of shoes by $5. Instead of being able to refund me for the difference that their employee had mistakenly charged, I was told that I would have to return my entire purchase and then purchase it again. This would of course cause the credit to take 3 days to be put back into my account and therefore tie up $100 of my dollars in their mistake for multiple days. When I told the clerk to just refund me and I would purchase my items elsewhere, there was yet another problem. It refunded me all EXCEPT the $5.48 in tax. She then told me she was unable to refund me this, because she didnt know how. This was terribly troubling. So far, this visit to Rackroom shoes had cost me $5.48, in hard earned money, and tied up $66+ in refunds for several days. I cannot say enough about ONE employee at this store. Marissa, the clerk processing my refund, was professional and offered excellent customer service. She was willing to give me $5 out of her pocket to fix the problem. The next day, I called to speak with the store manager regarding my owed $.48. The Manager of the store, Joshua Linton, did not display ideal customer service. He was short and rude with me on the phone, while I was calmly trying to explain my complaint. He cut me off in the middle of sentences and was eager to put me on hold rather than discuss my problem. I am going to assume he was having a bad morning. Luckily, he was much nicer in person. I would URGE McKinney residents to find another store to shop for shoes. Unless you are 100% sure that you will not need to ever return your purchase, it would be advisable to steer clear of this establishment.

Oliver and Brenda his manager are very unprofessional. I went to buy 4 pairs of shoes but He had bad attitude when I called him to help because he was busy playing with her hair while she is supposed to be his manager.
