If you like apathetic, disrespectful employees- this is the place to shop. I asked the manager with long brown hair for help finding my size in a pair of Cole Haans and she pawned me off on some new associate who lead me around the store wasting my time. Normally the employees here offer to find the shoes I need in another store, or send it to my house, but neither option was offered to me. Then when I was leaving empty handed, the manager had the audacity to ask if I didnt find what I was looking for- You dont say! No thanks to you that is! Note to management- customers should come first. Not your phone conversations. Every person should be afforded the decency of being offered services provided to others. You shouldnt pick and choose who youre nice to and ignore those you dont seem worthy or pawn them off on associates who havent been trained well. I will not be back to this DSW. I hope other stores train their staff better.

Although they have a good selection of men and womens shoes the prices are not so great. I had originally gone to this store to find kids shoes. The kids selection was terrible. I was surprised to find hardly anything and what they did have was not something I would want my kids to wear. So I decided to check out the mens shoes because I have a wide foot and it can be hard to find a variety of shoes like this. Like I said, although the selection was decent the prices were border line gouging. I dont think Ill be visiting DSW for shoes again.

Great selection, brand names and prices clearly marked. No carts, which makes it difficult to try on and purchase more than three pairs of shoes. They do have bags, but they were out because of how busy they were. Great deals on accessories too. They do have a rewards program.

This location is one of the better ones. I actualy got asked if I needed help like three times by very friendly sales staff. Shoe selection is good. Parking is convenient. Prices are fair. I will return to this store.

Absolute rip off. I got a pair of nikes there for 90 bucks and saw the same exact pair at the nike store for like 70. I thought they were supposed to be saving you money, not ripping you off. Never returning.
