Refused to refund me for shoes stating they were worn. Only time shoes were on the feet was in store at time of purchase to try on. I brought them in the original packaging within the alotted time for a return. Cashier who was Brad argued with me stating that they were worn and couldnt be resold. Nothing like calling an "ex-loyal" consumer a liar to his face. I will never purchase from this store or this company again . I used to do all my purchases at finishline because of the rewards but now Ill never shop at finishline again. This place will take forever go help you get shoes then call you a liar when you try to return shoes.

I wish I could give zero stars for this location, worst service I have ever received! Ask employees in a friendly manner and be prepared to receive a rude response. Had to ask about 5 times for employee to check if my size is in stock, employee was too busy talking to their friends instead of doing their job. This will most likely be the next store going out of business.

Customer service is horrible, staff is unfriendly, you cant get help and even when you do get someones attention they arent friendly. This place is horrible save yourself the trip and take your business elsewhere
