On March 26, 2015, I went into the Good Feet Store. I suffer from heel pain, planter’s fasciitis. I told Darrell that I had purchased a pair of sneakers from my foot doctor. When I went to pick them up they did not fit the way they did when I tried them on. I asked if I could have my money back, because I did not take them home. They said no refunds, only exchanges. Darrell kind of laughed and said it’s a shame that foot doctors do that to their patients. Darrell molded me 3 different Orthotics and of course they felt great at the time. I did as he told me, to break in the Orthotics insoles. He said wear them for about 20 minutes or so to break them in. I had to go back a few times for adjustments. However, I slipped on the floor with one pair of the orthotics and the sneakers that I bought. I ended up with a stress fracture on my left foot. I returned home and called Darrell at Good Feet. I explained to them what happened and that I am afraid to wear the orthotics. I made several attempts to call with no one ever returning my phone calls. I looked at my receipt and at the bottom it said no refunds. He never told me that, even after I told him about the foot doctor. He knows I am visually impaired and never said a word about no refunds.

If there was anyway for me to give this place a lower rating, I would. I tried multiple insoles In hopes that they would help me out. The salesman, Darrel, seemed to know what he was talking about and called himself an expert when it came to fitting people with the correct insoles. He wouldnt refund me my money after I came in for the third time with complaints. He just suggested that i try a different insole. Any place that stands behind their product would have gladly given a refund. These insoles are super expensive and I learned the hard way that these people are not orthopedic experts. Dont waste your time or money.

I have used the Good Feet inserts for well over a year. Before I started using Good Feet I suffered from upper and lower back pain and it was at times difficult to get through my day. Truly adding the Good Feet inserts has helped me so much in dealing with my back pain, especially when I have a long day on my feet. There is never a day that goes by that I dont use these inserts. I use them when working out or with dress shoes at work, they fit great in any shoe! I would highly recommend you give these inserts a try!

I had a thoughtful salesperson who I believe was genuinely trying to help me. I bought two inserts and the foam inserts for $600. When I felt like the foam inserts were too big ($20) they said I couldnt return them. I told them I wore 8 1/2 shoes and the foam inserts were 9s. Anyway, was shocked they wouldnt let me return these $20 products when I paid $600+. Lesson learned.

I had been looking for years for the perfect shoes and wasted literally hundreds of dollars on shoes and OTC inserts to finally finding the "happy place" for my feet. These inserts alleviated my foot pain. Just wish I had gone to The Good Feet Store years ago!
