I love plaza. They have such a selection - so many clothes on the floor (not the actual ground just like an abundance of clothes on the racks all the time). You can really find anything to fit your style. The prices are so good, too. I dont mind there being no fitting rooms, because I can imagine itd be a lot more crowded and Ive developed an eye for what will/wont fit me now. Its not super hip and trendy or old fashioned. They really just lay it all out there. I LOVE IT - also as far as lines go, i usually stop by weekday afternoons and dont have much of a problem. even if the lines are long, the cashiers get through them quick. heres a tip: start taking clothes off their hangers while you wait in line so youre ready to go when you come up to the cash register

I have shopped at this store, for a decade and they do have a great selection of clothing and miscellaneous. Good prices too.... but... customer service, at checkout, leaves much to be desired. I stood in the usual long line, to purchase two upholstered living room chairs. The clerk said she would get someone to help me load them. I didnt have my truck on this trip and asked if I could come back in half an hour to pick them up. She said, "no holds." I said I would pay for them first..."no holds." I left. I called the manager and he said, "no holds." Apparently, its the rule, at Plaza. Stupid rule. There are plenty of other resale shops with better customer service. I am drawing the line... Be warned.

Plenty of clothes, great prices and well organized.. kind of a mess on the floor though.. I would say also this is not a place you can run in and out of if you need to. Today was my third time is and it takes forever checking out. There should definitely be more than two registers. I spilled something on my shirt on my way in to work and needed to pick up another on the way... I wound up having to leave without because it would have taken too long to check out =(

They have some great stuff here but I don"t like the prices. They had a Nintendo DS that was in really bad shape and it was $25. it even had corrupted pixels! Also I dont like the fact that there are no refunds or exchanges. So If you buy something at a really high price and it doesnt work properly then youre out of luck. So dont waste your money at this place!

As far as thrift stores go this place is fantastic. HUGE variety from clothes & shoes (men/women/children), jewelry & accessories to home goods, textiles & designer items behind the counter. Most things are VERY reasonable, typically beating Goodwill prices. The only thrift i am aware of open Sunday. Downs- No dressing rooms, no returns.

I went to Plaza thrift once and there was this homeless man and he had a great voice and he was singing for money and the store kicked him out because they didnt want their customers giving him money because the store wanted money from the customers that were giving him the money.

The place doesnt know how to give good customer service. The manager Angela I dont even know why she holds that position has zero people skills. I was in there on another occasion and she was acting like a dictator even her own employees are afraid of her.

Make A Change

Yes they have good prices on some things... But checkout takes a long time and there are no dressing rooms. If something doesnt have a price you cant buy it that day. They wont price it for you. I have yet to see a happy helpful employee here.

Really good prices, much cleaner and nicer than goodwill. The selection of clothing is good, nice clothing, not just a bunch of tshirts. Got my kids under armor, and Abercrombie clothes.

Great deals on suits and shoes also a wide selection of jeans and other apparel. I have always been able to find a deal while shopping.
