Went there to pick up a couple things and I hear two employees loudly talking about a strange customer they have to " deal with" on a regular basis. The things that they describe about this person make it obvious that this person has mental health issues. They talked about how he would talk to them for too long, and how they are sure he lives in a homeless shelter and talked about alcohol not being allowed. I was so upset that they were doing this ON THE FLOOR! This is something for the breakroom at least , and in their own head at best. I went and told them that they were being very rude and disrespectful and they just glared at me and made no apologies. So I went up front to have a manager called and surprise surprise, it was the MANAGER talking about this man. She saw nothing wrong with trash talking a customer in earshot of another one. Absolutely disgusting. This is unacceptable. Mental health problems are stigmatized enough already without the uneducated thinking that people with mental health issues are appropriate things to mock and talk about in a place of business. I will not be returning to this store so long as that lady is manager.

Regardless of the diminished quality of most of the products sold by this store--even compared to the least expensive option at most local big box stores--there are a few items that are identical (same brand and same expiration date, if applicable) for a fraction of the cost compared to said stores. For these products, I visit about once a month and save at least 50-75% on these items than if I purchased them at a big box store or even one of the oversized "wholesale" stores in the area.

Its a nice place to buy "use and throw" things at cheaper price. Right from birthday decoration materials to children books and from utensils to daily household things. But things that are bought here are not durable and the material that they are made out of, is not good to use in the long run.

Customer service was poor the guy didnt want to say hi to me I mean he didnt want to look at me I asked him how he was doing and it basically sounded like he didnt want to be there he was an older gentleman.

I love Dollar Tree! This is a great location and they always have what Im looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful. Its usually busy every time I go in, but the line moves fast. No complaints!

I stopped by today for a few items. The manager was walking by and unneeded help. I simply said, "Sir?" ...his reply was, "What?" Highly caught off guard by that rude response.
