Walmart recommended this place because they didnt have any pair of glasses that fitted my baby correctly due to a disability. I was ok with paying for the glasses out of pocket (they didnt take my insurance) as long as they were a perfect fit! We had to go back once only and got some that actually worked fine for my daughter, however, i was not impressed. There was nothing out of the ordinary about the glasses quality or their service. They didnt even gave me a case for the glasses and I didnt bother to come back and ask if that was protocol or they just forgot to give it to us. I will try eye master or somewhere else next time.

The service is excellent, but the products (and quality) are WAY overpriced. I have bought several expensive frames from the owner (Kenneth) over the past 6 years and they have quickly broken or worn out. He has given me discounts since I have continually returned to get replacement glasses, but I feel the quality simply does NOT justify the high prices.

Second time getting here to pick up my contacts before work. They are suppose to be open at 9:30 and once again they are not. Not sure if they think they are in a different time zone or what. Other then that the staff is great.

I boght an exspensive pair of glasses the frame were areasy wopped out i had not even wore the once .they tell me a week to get new frames.day 12 still no glasses.dont go here go to another place to get glasses.

The quality of their products is very questionable. I bought an expensive pair of glasses and the lenses constantly pop out. Very poor quality for the price. Beware.
