Today i had a HORRIBLE experience at eye and vision at richardson i took my sons glasses to get a screw that fell of the side of my sons glasses they got the srew thew put it back together but they broke the frame of the glasses the person doing the task insisted that we brought it like that. I told her that when we came it was not broken from that piece . later on she sopposively "found the broken piece on the floor" she told me that I had to pay for what she had damaged!!! Later another employe came by she sayed that we could repair them somewhere near richardson but i told her last time we fixed them there it was around 80$ but she insisted it was no more that 30$. How could she know she wasnt the one who paid it, i was, i told her that and she said that she recommended me to just buy a new pair. But i didnt go to the clinic so they could break my sons glasses and then recommend me to buy new ones. I asked to speak with the docter. The docter told me that if we fixed the broken piece it would most likely come off again and his solution for me was to either to pay to get my sons glasses fixed for what HIS EMPLOYES DAMAGED or to buy a new pair of glasses. Today i came to get my sons glasses fixed but the only thing the eye and vision employes did was damage them. Worst of all no one offered to pay for the rapair for what they had damaged. I do not recommend this eye clinic to anyone The service is HORRIBLE

I was referred to Dr. Gonzalez from a friend after suffering with red eye infection that another doctor (formerly my main eye doctor) couldnt diagnose or resolve after TWO visits. Thankfully, I was able to get in an appointment at Dr. Gonzalezs office, courtesy of his helpful staff. They even managed to schedule me to accommodate me to my own work schedule! When I arrived, I was greet by smiling faces and a very clean office. I didnt wait more than 10 mins before I met with Dr. Gonzalez personally! I quickly noticed his charming personality too and loved the accent. He listened to my concerns and after a thorough exam, he provided a clear diagnosis. He offered excellent education on the treatment plan and expectations on my recovery – something that my previous doctor didnt do. I really felt cared for. Thanks to Dr. Gonzalez, my red eye infection was cleared up by my next follow up visit. :) Overall Im very happy and Id recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his office to anyone!

I visited this place almost 2 months ago. The service was pretty good and the staff were friendly. When it comes to delivering glasses this place is horrible. I ordered a pair of glasses the day of my visit and I still have not received them. Each time I call, a member of the staff gives me the run around about why my glasses are not ready and telling me to call back in 10 days. I called again today and I was informed that my glasses were ready to be picked up. When I called back to ask how much I would owe, the lady then informs me that my glasses were in fact NOT ready and that for some reason they have the box with the receipt in the back but NO glasses. I finally just told them that I no longer wanted the glasses and that I would like a refund. If you are looking for a friendly doctor, this place is okay. Just be sure to order your glasses from somewhere else.

As a customer and patient for three years, I have always felt that Dr. G and his staff have had my best interests at heart every time. They are very busy but everyone offers personal service and listens to my needs and explains them. At every step of the process I felt I was dealing with an expert. They have a great selection of frames and the atmosphere is second to none. Dr. G is always very professional and knowledgeable and he really puts my interest first every time I am there.

I was very impressed with my visit with Dr. Gonzalez and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, and he thoroughly explained everything. I didnt feel rushed, he gave me his complete attention when I was asking questions. The staff at the desk was also very professional and knowledgeable about insurance!! I have never had someone explain to me so clearly what my benefits were and what it was going to cost me wow! I will definitely come back to them.

I was very afraid to see Dr. G. My vision is so bad and I was convinced I was loosing my site. He assured me that wasnt the case and he could helt me with some contacts, I had never been offered to wear contacts before. I will always trust him with my eyes. Always listens, takes time to explain all choices. DR. G and his staff is the best around. They are efficient and friendly and they care, I recommend and the only Dr. I trust.

Dr. Gonzalez is amazing as soon as he took a look at my eye he knew what I had. I had previously gone to another Dr. And was diagnosed with something else and given treatment for something I did not have. Dr. Gonzalez treated me and feeling much better after 2 days of treatment. He is very outgoing as well which is a plus makes you feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend Dr. Gonzalez if you are looking for an eye Dr.

Ive been a patient since 2010 and have never had a single complaint. Dr. G takes the time to listen and answer any questions. I developed a cornea disease a Dallas ophthalmologist told me there was nothing to do other than a cornea transplant and it would progress as I got older. Dr G suggested I try fish oil tablets. I figured why not? And I havent had another episodes in more than 2 years.

We took our son here while vacationing in Richardson over spring break. He injured his eye playing with his cousins. Thank goodness he just scratched part of his eye really bad and it wasnt something worse. When we came in the office was nice and the staff was very helpful in calming our little guy down. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for eye care.

I really love this clinic. The entire staff is friendly. There is never a long wait, the office is very comfortable, but most importantly I feel like we are a part of the care given to our children. This doctor is very thorough and patient in the care that we receive. I have been no where that matches the quality of care my family receives from this clinic.

If you are looking for a new optometrist in Richardson check out Dr. Gonzalez he is wonderful.

I took my mom in to get her eyes checked, and Dr. Gonzales found cataracts. He took time to speak with me but also my mother and he and explained to my mom and she was so happy that he would take time to speak with her in Spanish. Nice and personable and very caring attitude.
