So I went to Lens Crafters in Town East Mall to give them another chance! I gave them my current frames to have bifocals installed and the sales lady up sold me on progressive lens which is not what my script was written for, issue #1. My doc had written my script for line bifocals as stated on my script so why the up sale? Picked up my glasses 4hrs later when I was told 1hr. They had a scratch on the left lens issue #2. Went back to my doc with the new glasses and he told me that they where not even cut correctly issue #3. Returned to Lens Crafters and they wanted to make things right. They meaning Kelly, this is the manager (the blonde), so they had me pick out new frames and pay a bit more then they ordered line bifocals for them (10 days). When I picked up my new glasses they were nice I must say outside of the poor cut issue #4. Returned the glasses to just have the bifocal removed and have singles installed and then I was told "THIS IS THE LAST TIME"! What happened to Lens Crafters 30 DAY UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE printed in black ink on the back of the customer receipt? I phoned last night to have them stop and not cut the new lens and the kind girl said no problem and I would need to speak with Kelly for my refund! I received a phone call this morning from Kelly telling me that they were already cut and were being tinted. I asked Kelly that I would like a refund just to make things easy and they could not waste any more product. She told me NO she could not do that since Lens Crafter has made "SO MANY LENS AND IT WOULD LOOK LIKE THEY WERE NOT SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER"! Enough counting issues because I am tired. Folks I am an honest man with no reason to do harm or lie. I am disabled so running back and forth is very tiresome but for the sake of your sanity, fuel, nerves, time, money just stay away! I was a fool to even go back to Lens Crafter. May God Bless All and you can make the final decision.

Please do NOT give this store your business. I was in the store June 2, 2014. A blonde woman waited on a friend I was with. This woman was the rudest person Ive ever seen in any store. My friend has not been able to work long term because of medical issues. She desperately needed eye care and couldnt afford glasses, so they were provided by a charity org. Lenscrafters, Targets and Sears provide free frames in such a situation. This woman told my friend, "Im with a paying customer and youll have to wait." She didnt smile, introduce herself, just talked down to my friend. It hurt my friends feelings a lot. There is no excuse for such rude behavior from a sales clerk. She may have been overworked but thats her issue and not to be taken out on any customer. Shame on her! I will follow this up with a complaint to the store owner. Sears said that is a huge complaint about Lenscrafters. 8 out of 10 people use Sears. We had such nice service with Sears that we didnt even look at frames at Target. Avoid Lenscrafters. They dont deserve your business. Go to Sears and get treated well.

Sales girl (Deliliah) very nice, but she has no backup for her sales. Even though she sales glasses to be ready in about an hour the store, managers, makers and etc. do not follow through. Friday, June 21,2013. We were told to return in an hour, did and was told it would be another hour. Thirty minutes later we were called and told that another whole hour was needed. We returned after that time passed and waited 30 more minutes inside store only to be told that we could not get them until Sunday. Sunday we heard nothing, we called and was told not ready. Called Monday night after no word and told that they need to be inspected for a second time before they are ready and that they will call us. Tuesday and waiting......and looking for a new place for future eye glass purchases. Will not go back to Lens Crafters, do not know if the glasses are any good or not as I have yet to get them, but do know that the service is POOR to None and their word means even LESS.

The staff at this Lenscrafters were really, really nice. Im thinking particularly of Deliliah here (if you get a chance to work with her, you should), but I havent had a bad experience with anyone working at this Lenscrafters. Staff at other stores have been less nice, but the people here have: 1) Spent ~30 minutes helping me find a good frame--courteous and helpful the whole time. I mean personal, hmmm, lets try these assistance. 2) Made the purchase easy. 3) Remade the lenses because there was too much glare--and were nothing but nice through the process. They dont like it when you call and ask if your glasses are in yet, because they will call you (I can see it: if I call in, they have to spend the time to tell me that no, they arent in yet. ;) If only that wasnt necessary at other places!). Other than that? Seriously, nothing but nice. Try here. :)

Last year I bought my glasses here. This year I decided to go next door and have an exam. Dr. Nguyen and the staff were great. I went next door to purchase my glasses. At that time the manager Alex was the only one there, a few people came in after us and she greeted each one and told them she would help them as soon as she could. A few minutes later some one else was there to help and everyone was taken care of. I read the reviews prior to coming this time and was nervous even though I didnt remember having a bad experience last year. They were great and I would highly recommend going here!!

I would give them no stars if I could. This is a horrible business that is owned by Luxottica, the one company that controls majority of the eyemarket (CBS did a very informative story on them, YouTube it). If you are looking for glasses steer clear of any eye company owned by them. I ended up going to a great company called Warby Parker and got a great pair of frames for hundreds of dollars less.

Very bad customer service. They are nice until they sell you the glasses and then after that you will get surprised of how uncarefull and unhelpful they are. Plus, they did not respect the delivery date and nobody knew anything when the delivery was estimated

I was not given a receipt when I purchases my sons lens for his glasses. Then when I had to go back to get a copy of my receipt. When I reviewed the receipt, I was changed twice for the same item. Would have never know if I didnt get the receipt.

The sales rep do not know what they are doing. The be ready in 24hrs is a joke. I received them in about 2 days but they were done wrong so sent them back to get them fixed. Im still waiting 5 days later. Smh. I dont recommend anyone go here

They broke my glasses I just got yesterday and then gonna say they will call security bc I said they were gonna have to replace my frames and lenses and that I shouldnt be Mad that they broke them dont go there
