I havent actually been here, BUT I called to get pricing on a contact lens exam for astigmatism and the lady on the phone just had an attitude in her voice the whole time. I am a cash paying customer with no insurance (cash is king, I believe) and i was told that exam is $405!!!! Like why??? You have ancillary testing, a refraction, and a fitting for the contact lenses. I didnt bother to ask if that included dilation. The most i ever paid for a toric contact lens exam was about $240. So needless to say I will not be going here for my exam. 1) Rude customer service from the get go is not a good tactic to use to bring customers/patients to your business. 2) Waaayyyy over priced

Hands-down, the most thorough and detailed eye exam I have ever experienced. From past history, to current date, everything was carefully covered. The staff was warm, inviting and efficient. This office utilizes the most advanced technology to assist with screening each person as an individual. The assistant performing the screening was very informative and kind. Dr. Frazee was personable, knowledgeable and extremely witty. He was patient and meticulously explained all of my test results in great detail. His years of experience are quite apparent and are reflective in his staff as well. Dr. Frazee and Staff, MORE than met my expectations!!!!

Absolutely lovely experience. From my last minute and frantic appointment request by phone, the exam by the staff and Dr. Frazee, and finally my purchase of lenses and frames - the entire experience was perfect. Dr. Frazee and his staff will most definitely see me and my family again for future eye exams. Dr. Frazee also takes the time to explain in depth the aspects of your eyes and answers any questions. We spent quite a bit of time talking and I learned more in that exam than I had from countless others.

The customer service is outstanding. Everyone worked quickly to help get everything setup and processed. I had no wait for my appointment, so after signing initial forms I went right to the tests they perform. The Doc saw me not even 5 minutes after my tests were done. He was very friendly and made the entire process an overall great experience. If youre looking for a great experience then look no further. Ill be making all my appointment here moving forward.

This a beautiful office with wonderful staff. The doctor is very thorough and extremely professional. It was nice seeing, no pun intended, all the new equipment and instruments. They are obviously mainstream and want the best for their patients. Their selection of frames is top notch and very reasonable. I think I found my permanent eye care physician. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Started having problems with my contacts a couple weeks after the $400 dollar exam and they refused to see me for a follow-up exam. I told them I was having trouble getting through the day wearing the new contacts and it constantly felt like I had a hair in my eyes, and they said new issue, new exam fee please… Never seen such a money greedy doctor in my life.

I have insurance, yet after my exam I was presented a bill for $270! I was totally bamboozled. It then took them 3 weeks to receive my contact lenses. In a day and age when I can have them on my door step overnight, it took these folks 3 weeks. Dr. Frazee was friendly and helpful, but his office staff is prickly and very UNFRIENDLY. I wont be back.
