First and last time going to these douchebags who were completely unfair and not just. By far the worst experience I have ever had BEWARE NEVER GO HERE! They make deals only to lure you in to rip you off and get more cash out of you. I saw their Fender Bass Guitar on OFFERUP and contacted the add asking if they still had it the guy responded and said yes I asked him if they would take a partial trade with cash and offered them my XBox One Day One Edition and 200$ cash for their bass guitar. The guy asked for pictures so I sent them to him and he said DEAL Ill take the 200$ and the Xbox one and gave me the adress. Told him I was on my way and double checked to make sure the deal was still on and we were good to go and he responded yes! As I told him I was on my way and that it would take me about 40 min to get there I was coming from oakcliff. When I get there the guy looked at the stuff once and proceeded to tell me everything was good and then when I went To go check the bass out he then said do you have more then 200$ and I said no then he proceeded to say Ill give you 100$ for the Xbox and you can put the bass guitar on layaway blah blah blah and I had brought a keyboard with me to see if they would give me some more value but besides the point. So then I told him that I came under the impression from what he had told me that YES we had a deal and that he said the Xbox one and 200$ and that was that. I politely said no thank you and walked out very angrily and frustrated it was very unfair of them to go back on their word they ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY also NO THIS IS NOT FAKE I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE FULL CONVERSATION ON OFFERUP SHOWING THEM TELLING ME WE HAD A DEAL AND THEIR PROFILE THIS IS NOT FAKE! I have evidence and full proof

First off I was shocked at the bad reviews that I read cause honestly I didnt for a second expect to see anything but positive comments minus the 1 or 2 that no one can make happy!I (and several friends and family)have been a customer for bout 7 yrs now and consider this the best Pawn shop Ive ever done business with hands down period!It didnt take my wife and I long to figure out that Drew and his staff genuinely look to help people that they can tell really need it and that is rare in todays age of capitalist, bottom line,cut throat,profit over principle way of business.I had lost my job and was buying and selling things at auctions to supplement and we actually shopped around at several local pawn shops and found that cash plus was giving more and sometimes 10 to 20% more on some items!I could go on and on about the positive experiences we have had with these people!I can tell you that most Places of business could care less about what your going through and would happily profit from your problems but these guys do business the old fashioned way with honesty and integrity!!!I said that to say this Cash plus is the best dont bother going to the corporate greed machines,I know I wont!Thanks Drew,Veronica,Will,Dave and the rest of the staff at Cash Plus we appreciate all your help and the deals over the years you guys have been helpful,positive,and professional!

Horrible place. They always want to give you nothing for your items. I have gone several times to sell stuff and they always say $50. I understand they want to make profit but its very inconsiderate of them to offer people such a low amount as if the people dont pay good money for their stuff . I had brought in this SLR camera that I had bought for $700 this rude man said $50! And gave me the stupidest excuse that cameras dont sell like they use too because of smartphones, first of all it was a professional camera that sells for more than $400. Well I sold the camera for $300 on Offerup its an app. This place literally wants to rip you off and tell you, your items arent worth much and then sell it for 3x the amount they gave you. Watch out for the greedy man with the glasses!

I will admit that they dont have very good prices when you are trying to sell stuff here, most likely because they use ebay as a source for pricing. But I have bought some great items from here. The best one was a 39" Toshiba flatscreen for $150. I will continue to buy stuff from here but I wont try to sell anything here again.

The Dude

Went to pick up my property and was told we are closed in a rude tone. Then they proceeded to help someone else. It was my last day of a lower interest for the 10 day period. So now because of an employee that didnt want to work I now own an additional fee. Was my first and last experience with this company.

Superior Fitness

My boyfriend bought a lawnmower paid $70. Took it home and it didnt work they refused to take it back. Why are they selling things that dont work. My boyfriend has gone there for years and and has spent lots of money they just lost a good customer.

I have bought a couple of firearms from them. They were very busy one of the times and werent rude to me at all. Despite not being able to connect to ATF. I have also sold a few guns to them on the past as well. I got what I expected for them
