Went there yesturday because I have been looking for some cheap lenses for my DSLR camera. Walk in the door and spotted one instantly so I thought i would check it out. Looking at the price tag they had the lens value at $400. I pulled the lens up on Amazon and it was $275 brand new. I talk to some guy that cliamed he was the manager and he said he must have mislabeled it when he came back he said $260 was the price. I first laughed in his face and told him there is No Way im paying $15 less then retail for a used lens at the pawn shop. He said name your price I said maybe $150 he said $200. I almost took it then I decided to really give the lens a look over. I noticed that the lens caps were Canon but this was a Sigma lens which mean it probably didnt have them when it came in. There was dirt under the glass which could interfere with the shots and then noticed that he had placed black electric tape over the MF/AF button . When I asked him why thats there he said just so you do accidently hit the button. When removed the tape quickley snatch the lens out my hand and I noticed the button was falling of the lens. At this point I was no longer interest period becuase obviosly it had some issues that they were trying to hide. I walked out the door and one of the sale people chased me down and said he is willing to drop it to $175. I just looked at him and drove off. I went in there today and the Lens has been put back on display at $400. Draw your own conclusions from this story

brought in an 800 dollar guitar, bought it for 500 dollars used from a friend, who didnt even wanna sell it, much like how I didnt even really want to pawn it like my first born son lol. It was a Fender Mustang, pawn shop special, Japanese made. I had already pawned it another shop off collins and center for 260, dude went in the back to do some "research" came out told me it was a newer model...meaning that it was a Japanese version/remake of an old classic American Fender. halfway through I interrupted and said yes, its a Japanese remake, I know this its worth 800 brand new. He said hed give me 100 for it, because it was a new model, of the newer model, or some bullshit which went in one ear and right out the other. I proceeded to tell him I wouldnt even sell him the guitar for less than 400 and left instantly, knowing that this dude was a complete moron. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I always go in when the main guy is here I forget his name but he knows what hes doing and hes obviously been in the business a while so he always makes real deals with me on things and hell give you the best price out of any pawn shop for your things if you have something good to offer that is.
