I called to ask a quick question about sizing for my sons jersey. The girl who answered the phone said she was with a customer and took my information to call me back. I love that she wanted to take care of her "in person" customer first, THAT IS good service. However, if you tell someone you will call them back, you need to follow through. Three hours later, I called back and spoke with Trevor. HE WAS HELPFUL and answered my question promptly. I really appreciate him. Anyway, the three stars is because after visiting this store a couple times and with my phone experience, their customer service is inconsistent. The few who have been helpful and friendly are GREAT...others, need to step up their game.

me and my husband went and bought some things and I agree with the person who said that the employees there act as if your not there and only when you ask something thats when they answer and they are very short with what they answer but other then that everything else was ok and I would like to see the price on the dumbbells a little cheaper cuz they are only like a couple of dollars cheaper then the stores sell them brand new

I made it during their 40% off sale Black Friday Weekend. The staff was actually very engaging and helpful. prices were awesome, even without the sale. I would recommend for football/baseball/disc golf players especially, though they have plenty of other stuff.

Unorganized, messy and not kept up well. Employees did not seem to acknowledge you until after you asked them for help. Not the same as it use to be. Would only go back if I was just needing to pass time.
